The apartment was cool but a lot of the amenities were broken. The TVs at the rooftop were not fully operable and were taken down. I was told they were not even going to be replaced. The shuffleboard didn’t have any sand so we were never able to even use it. For how new this place is, it felt run down. The gate to the pool has been broken for months and hasn’t been fixed. It’s crazy to be paying this much when nothing works.

My fiance and dogs love living here! We live close to everything we need - the best food spots, parks, grocery stores, etc. Even if it's not walking distance, this location is still within close driving distance. We also have made a few friends with the people who live here. It's also nice because of the amenities. Although sometimes it can be quite loud, we can just close the window and it's sound proof! The only con I would say about this place is that there are a lot of people who don't pick up after their dogs' poop!

he community truly feels like home. There's a strong, welcoming atmosphere where neighbors aren't just faces you pass on the street; they’re friends who look out for one another. This is especially clear during the regular community events, like the summer block parties and the holiday festivals. It’s the perfect place for families, with kids often playing together at the local park. One of the biggest draws for us was the fantastic amenities. The neighborhood is incredibly walkable, with well-maintained sidewalks and bike paths that lead to everything you need. The local businesses—from the cozy coffee shop to the fantastic family-owned restaurant—are a huge part of the community's charm. Safety is another top priority here. The streets are well-lit, and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful at night. We always feel safe whether we're out for an evening walk or the kids are playing in the front yard.

I genuinely love living at this apartment complex — the community is great, the location is convenient, and the overall vibe is welcoming. However, I do have to mention that the amenities could use some attention. Several features that drew me to the property, like the coffee machine in the lobby, rooftop TVs, outdoor games, umbrellas, and pool area fire pits, have been out of order for a while. Additionally, the juice bar, which was a unique and exciting perk, is no longer in operation. There's no signage to indicate what's replacing it, and it currently just looks like it's under construction. I still enjoy living here, but it would be great to see the amenities maintained more consistently or at least receive updates on when they’ll be fixed or replaced.

The former juice bar is being transformed into a refreshed social hub, with visible changes starting this week, and the Sky Lounge is also getting an uplift. We’re actively addressing the rooftop TVs, shuffleboard, and air hockey table, with plans to have them resolved by year’s end. For the umbrellas and fire pits, please submit a service request so our maintenance team can assist with proper use. We truly appreciate your input and are excited about the improvements underway!
My experience here has been very positive. The amenities and maintenance have been excellent, and the apartments are comfortable and clean. There was one interaction with staff that didn’t go as smoothly as I’d hoped, but aside from that, everything has been great.

Cameo is affordable living in Orange. They have great amenities that my family enjoys. They provide assigned parking. Cons: If you have an electric vehicle, there are only 4 charging stations. Also depending what apartment you live in, is how much noise you hear from the freeway.

I’ve been living at Cameo for some 2 months now, and overall, my experience has been very positive. One of the biggest highlights is the amenities. The fitness center is clean, I also appreciate the added features like the business center, package lockers, and in-unit laundry. These small conveniences make daily life a lot easier. The apartment units themselves are modern and well laid out. My space feels bright and open, with updated appliances, and quiet, comfortable living conditions. Maintenance has always been responsive whenever a request is submitted, which I value tremendously. The environment of the complex is calm and welcoming. There’s decent lighting throughout the community. Location-wise, it’s ideal. It’s close to shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, and major freeways, yet it’s tucked away enough to avoid the noise and traffic. I love being near both the necessities and some great local spots without needing a long commute.

My experience here is a lot better than most of the apartments I’ve lived in. Here are my pros and cons: PROS: - Extremely friendly staff - 24 hour gym - Nice amenities - There’s a dog park - Somewhat affordable - Next to the freeway CONS: - Some residents do not clean up after their pets - Fire alarms go off a lot - Rarely any social events - We have to pay for cable even if we don’t use it. - Trash bill is extremely expensive - Gym could use more leg machines - Nearby apartments have better amenities and stay open later.

I don’t know why but there make that works in the office closest to the window has the worst attitude.. I asked him for help with my parking spot, he began lying and insulting me.. you’d think he’s just having a bad day, but nahhhh he literally always has a look in his face like if he has a stomach ache when it’s time do his job. Like he’s being held hostage to do his insanely difficult job of sitting on a desk and assigning parking spots. It’s crazy how his attitude sticks out like a sore thumb because everyone else there is so nice. If you plan on living here, try not to have to deal with this guy, he will make you hate it here. Also, the pool is cool

Overall great place, really loving our apartment. Wish there would be more guest parking at times due to filling up quickly. I love all of the food carts, would love a coffee cart in the morning too!!

The only downside I've seen so far in our month since moving in are when owners don't pick up their dog poop in the dog run. Bags are provided already so they're just not putting effort into the responsibility of looking after a pet.

Communication needs improvement. New charges have appeared on the monthly rent bill without any explanation. If there are going to be new charges, it should be communicated to the residents prior.

So far it’s been great living here. The neighborhood is great, and most things are in walkable distance, and the amenities are also great. The restaurants around are very good.

Community and Management is great. Amenities are always clean and doesn't feel over crowded when using and the 24 hour gym is a plus. Maintenance is very quick and professional.

Since moving in, I’ve been blown away by how amazing life is here. The community is beautifully taken care of. Living at Cameo Apartments has been nothing short of amazing. Only downside I wish they fix is that the pool is not heated, so it's mostly just usable 4 months out of the year. If it was heated I think more people would use it for exercise.
