I love living at Cameo. The amenities, staff, and maintenance are great. The only complaint I have is the noise—I sometimes can't sleep due to dogs barking and playing with balls. Other than that, everything is great. I highly recommend living here

Cameo is affordable living in Orange. They have great amenities that my family enjoys. They provide assigned parking. Cons: If you have an electric vehicle, there are only 4 charging stations. Also depending what apartment you live in, is how much noise you hear from the freeway.

I’ve been living at Cameo for some 2 months now, and overall, my experience has been very positive. One of the biggest highlights is the amenities. The fitness center is clean, I also appreciate the added features like the business center, package lockers, and in-unit laundry. These small conveniences make daily life a lot easier. The apartment units themselves are modern and well laid out. My space feels bright and open, with updated appliances, and quiet, comfortable living conditions. Maintenance has always been responsive whenever a request is submitted, which I value tremendously. The environment of the complex is calm and welcoming. There’s decent lighting throughout the community. Location-wise, it’s ideal. It’s close to shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, and major freeways, yet it’s tucked away enough to avoid the noise and traffic. I love being near both the necessities and some great local spots without needing a long commute.

Modern, well-maintained apartments with upscale finishes and great amenities like a pool, fitness center, and rooftop lounge. The location is convenient—close to shopping, dining, and major freeways. Management is generally responsive, though guest parking can be limited at times. Overall, a stylish and comfortable place to live in Orange.

My experience here is a lot better than most of the apartments I’ve lived in. Here are my pros and cons: PROS: - Extremely friendly staff - 24 hour gym - Nice amenities - There’s a dog park - Somewhat affordable - Next to the freeway CONS: - Some residents do not clean up after their pets - Fire alarms go off a lot - Rarely any social events - We have to pay for cable even if we don’t use it. - Trash bill is extremely expensive - Gym could use more leg machines - Nearby apartments have better amenities and stay open later.

I don’t know why but there make that works in the office closest to the window has the worst attitude.. I asked him for help with my parking spot, he began lying and insulting me.. you’d think he’s just having a bad day, but nahhhh he literally always has a look in his face like if he has a stomach ache when it’s time do his job. Like he’s being held hostage to do his insanely difficult job of sitting on a desk and assigning parking spots. It’s crazy how his attitude sticks out like a sore thumb because everyone else there is so nice. If you plan on living here, try not to have to deal with this guy, he will make you hate it here. Also, the pool is cool

Overall great place, really loving our apartment. Wish there would be more guest parking at times due to filling up quickly. I love all of the food carts, would love a coffee cart in the morning too!!

The only downside I've seen so far in our month since moving in are when owners don't pick up their dog poop in the dog run. Bags are provided already so they're just not putting effort into the responsibility of looking after a pet.

Communication needs improvement. New charges have appeared on the monthly rent bill without any explanation. If there are going to be new charges, it should be communicated to the residents prior.

1st month at the Cameo has been good. We are still trying to get used to it but it’s starting to feel like home. Just waiting on an extra parking spot to be available and all will be good.

Community and Management is great. Amenities are always clean and doesn't feel over crowded when using and the 24 hour gym is a plus. Maintenance is very quick and professional.

Since moving in, I’ve been blown away by how amazing life is here. The community is beautifully taken care of. Living at Cameo Apartments has been nothing short of amazing. Only downside I wish they fix is that the pool is not heated, so it's mostly just usable 4 months out of the year. If it was heated I think more people would use it for exercise.

I have been very happy with my time here so far at Cameo. The maintenance staff is amazing. They have always come same day to get the jobs done and are flexible when I am working from home. My unit is beautiful and quiet. Neighbors have been friendly. I would definitely recommend living here.

Cameo has been incredible! The apartments and facilities are beautiful and feel brand new. I was worried about noise when moving here but it’s been great! It’s very quiet all day and you can hardly hear outside noise. The staff has been very kind and helpful. I’m so glad I was able to move here!

I like the community, it is pretty well maintained and its in a great location. I really love the location, I've never lived so close to a freeway, and I love being close to the Orange Circle. Whenever I've submitted a work order, it has been addressed the same day. Communication could use some improvement between the management office and tenants. I don't like the way the rent amount is calculated. This company calculates what your rent will be depending on what you make. It can be helpful or a total disadvantage.

Love this apartment complex! Clean, modern, and best staff! Araceli, Suli, Claudio, Edgar, James, Alyssa, Karen and the rest of the team are always friendly and helpful! Araceli and Suli work so hard to keep this place looking clean and brand new! And they are always so pleasant and cheerful every morning I see them. Claudio and Edgar maintain this property so well, I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything broken or in need of repair. They are always ahead of any problems.
