I have 3 more months on my lease and I can’t wait to leave this place. I have been here just over 2 yrs and I made the biggest mistake renewing. Where do I start ,management is the worse Maintenance bad , worst The Apts are old , they renovated some units but the work was done by kids , sloppy doors falling off ,you can here your neighbors eating Every time you complain about something they charge you some kinda fee.no explanation If you don’t pay they seize your property. Cars and garage gets broken into every day Every packages get stolen, You can call the office every day and all day no one will answer. Run , run

I just moved in to Camden Lakeway one week ago and I have to say everything has been top notch so far. The staff was extremely helpful on move in day and even left a thoughtful gift in my apartment! I never received this kind of customer service at any other apartment community I have lived at! I love all of the amenities here and how well maintained the property is, you can really tell how hard the staff works here! The location is close to everything and I am 100% happy I chose Camden Lakeway as my new home! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in the area!

My family and I have lived at camden lakeway for 5 months now and it’s been the best experience we could’ve asked for, I can honestly say they have exceeded my expectations. The day we moved in, they greeted us with a card signed by all of the staff welcoming us, and with a welcome home package including all of the essentials. I immediately knew this was going to be a very friendly, open, and great home to live in for the year. Throughout the five months we’ve lived here, we’ve utilized most of the amenities such as the gym, clubhouse, and basketball court. We used the clubhouse for our baby shower in which the staff was more than accommodating, they gave us extra time to clean up and enjoy the party and everyone who came agreed it was a beautiful venue. The apartment itself is a beautiful, spacious layout with a luxurious feel. For a one bedroom with a den, it’s much bigger than most, and the layout is very open, and the big windows give the apartment the best lighting. The lighting and the big bathtub are my favorite things about the apartment. We use the gym and basketball court almost every day, in which is always very clean, equipment is always working and is a big, bright atmosphere. We haven’t been able to use the pool quite yet, but we imagine it will be just as amazing, from what we can tell, the pool and spa contribute to the luxurious feel of these apartments, just overseeing the lake and fountain. The staff is always so friendly, and knows us personally which has made it feel like a very welcoming environment since day one. They even sent us a gift for our baby when he was born and a card signed by all of the staff, it was so thoughtful. They also occasionally will sit out front and give out coffee and free breakfasts on everyone’s way to work, I loved that! Another thing I love is that after putting in a work order for the apartment if something needs fixing, it’s usually fixed within the same day. Valet trash has been so nice and easy, they come pick it up just about every night, we’ve never had any problems with trash. I also love that although this is a pet friendly apartment complex, I have noticed it’s always very clean and everybody seems to pick up after their pets. I can honestly say we absolutely love where we live! I want to thank Lisa, and all of the staff in the office for always being attentive, and there when we need you and making this place an exceptional home for all of us.

The Camden Lakeway isn't perfect, but it is pretty good. There is one particular major disagreement I had with management, in which I did not agree with the resolution at all, but that was the only hiccup. Ms. Steinem has beeeln amazing, very attentive, any complaint to the 24 hour line, she responds and attempts to resolve it immediately, from unwelcome solictors, to mailbox not working right, it is addressed immediately. The maintenance staff is very friendly and very helpful, just awesome, if I need something it is fixed immediately. Two negatives would be the birds, huge issue, they nest in stairwells, it is very irritating, and second issue is other residents who allow their dogs to do their business in the stairwell, but again, maintenance corrects it if you report it. The little events, from food trucks, to wine tasting, to doggie swims, and football parties are a nice touch as well.

As for the dog waste, Camden Lakeway does participate in the dog DNA program and we have recently gotten DNA matches on dog waste and the residents were fined. That typically solves the problem with that particular pet owner as we rarely have another match. So while we attempt to catch it before the residents let us know, if you are seeing a problem area that we may have missed, please don't hesitate to reach out and we will promptly test the waste to figure out who is violating our pet policy. Let me start off by saying how AMAZING this place is! My husband and I just recently moved to the area and were in need of an apartment asap. When we toured Camden Lakeway we knew this is where we had to live. The complex is beautiful! The grounds are so well manicured and taken care of. The area is filled with trees, flowers, and even a breathtaking pond. Camden Lakeway's staff went above and beyond to help us call Littleton our new home! Elyse C. (in the leasing center) was so knowledgeable, helpful, and just so darn sweet (oh! And did I mention funny too!?) All those moving stresses and worrying about finding a new place immediately went away after sitting down with her. Kevin, who also works in the leasing center was also a huge help as well! The two of them were nothing short of incredible!!! I would also like to give a shout out to Rob S, the maintenance supervisor for making the speedy move possible! He made sure everything in the apartment was perfect! And when I say perfect, I mean PERFECT! We really couldn’t have found a better place to live, especially with the staff that works here. Thank you Elyse, Kevin, and Rob for getting my husband and I into the most beautiful apartment! We are so happy to call Camden Lakeway our new home!!!

I have been a tenant for going on 5 years. I simply love it here. The management and maintenance teams are always responsive, courteous and lovely to work with. I have lived in a number of apartment complexes over the years and Camden is, by far and away, my favorite. Just walking around the complex, it is clean and very well maintained and in a great setting with Marston Lake right along the perimeter. We've even got two dog parks for the pooches. Friends and relatives that come to visit are always commenting about how nice it is. You have a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym and basketball courts available. The complex is geared towards families and responsible adults. There has never been a time where I have asked for assistance with a neighbor situation (not that very many have occurred) where I wasn't given the management's best efforts for resolution and they let you know what the status of the resolution is. The location is ideal for work, shopping and play. Minutes from Southwest Mall, restaurants, Chatfield Reservoir, Raccoon Creek Golf Course and the front range mountains. Grant Ranch School is just down Grant Ranch Boulevard with Sunset Park across the street. The park has kid's playground facilities and a really nice area for those of us with pups to walk. Units are updated as tenants move out AND there are garages. Hello? Tired of cleaning the snow or ice off your car before you can leave for work? Well, how about getting in your car, opening the garage door and driving away. Works for me. Highlands Ranch is about a 15 minute commute and 470 is right here too. I'm proud to post this information for Camden. I hope you will consider coming to check things out. It is worth your time.

Camden Management reaches out to each of their tenants as well online and keeps everyone informed of happenings on the property. This communication allows people to give useful feedback. In addition, the uniqueness one finds here is in a special sense of what it means to be a community, enhancing an exceptional quality of life that we have only ever found living here. This measurement deal happened twice and then again when we were moving out. We had boxes everywhere and they came in and wanted us to clear the countertop off. My fiancé said you can move them yourself or come back. Needless to say they came back. The day of our move out we went to get a couple things from the apartment and turn in the keys. When we walked in, it smelled like mold which doesn't surprise me. There probably is mold in there. We went to pick our mail one last time and they already put vacant in our box so mail was brought back to the post office. We went to the office to turn in keys and no one was there. We decided to stop by our friends apartment around the corner for about 45 minutes before we went back to the office. When we went back, still no one in the office. The next day was a holiday so the office was not open. We left our keys with our friends since we moved to Denver and had to work the rest of the week. Now, they are charging is $223 for the keys not being turned in on the 28th. If someone was in the office like they should have been, we would have dropped them off. Poor, poor management. We will NEVER EVER rent from a Camden Property again. Terrible experience. There are better apartments for less money and you even get more for the money.

I thought this was a good place to live until the few things below I discovered. First off they had a bed bug infestation and lied about it, this happened in my building and I had pest control showing up to look in my bed and couch and ask if I had any issues. When I talked to the manager about this I was told that my neighbors had a problem with spiders (because spiders would be hiding in my couch and bed!) I ended up talking to a leasing person a couple days later and they were not informed of what the manger had told me and they openly admitted that they were making sure the bed bugs had not migrated further than the original place. Luckily I didn't have an issue but I do not appreciate being lied to about something so serious! They charge $50 a month for a "technology package" which means your Comcast channels come with the apartment, after moving I find out the channels I had only cost $8 a month so they are making an extra $42 a month off everyone with that. Now that I have moved out, they are trying to hit me with BS charges and fake pictures of damage they came across but couldn't even tell me where this supposed damage was in my apartment. This place does not care about who lives here, all they want is to screw you out of as much money as possible and they also will lie to you about important issues like bed bugs. I made a huge mistake moving in here and feel I should tell anyone thinking about moving here to find a better place to live because at this point I couldn't be more disappointed.

I feel the situation would have benefited from this, and for that, I apologize we were not able to connect sooner. We work to ensure that every pest control concern is addressed immediately and take precautionary measures as needed if we feel it is warranted. With any home, you might have a pest control need that arises. We are fortunate enough to have a partnership with a company that will take care of any concerns quickly. We offer all our residents a move out walk with our staff to insure that we are all on the same page with any charges that could be assessed prior to move out. This helps eliminate any confusion on fees that could be assessed, as we only charge for items that are above and beyond the normal wear and tear during your stay with us. We understand that our residents utilize the internet daily and look forward to the new bundle service that will be offered. I have enjoyed living at Camden Lakeway apartments for 4 years. The grounds are kept up very well, the pool is the longest I have ever seen in an apartment complex--looks like its an olympic size, with a beautiful waterfall and small lake next to it, as well as Jacuzzi. It makes me feel like I am at a resort hotel. I love all the outside seating area, including chairs and tables,fireplace, BBQ grills, along with the work out room and all the other amenities. My recent repair request, done by Greg and John, was taken care of the same day I put in the work order. They gave excellent customer service!

I moved out here from NY and looked at many different apartments. Camden lakeway is by far the best one I've found! The apartment itself is very comfortable with no noise problems. The amenities are resort like. The staff and neighbors are very friendly!

Just moved here from Florida and I'm so happy with my new home, beautiful well maintained and the staff responds to all of my needs immediately. I needed an outside lightbulb changed, reported it online at 2pm and it was done when I got home at 5:15pm. Love this place!!

This complex impressed from first sight. It's pet friendly, extremely quiet and convenient to nearby shopping, parks, and the foothills. My garage is oversized and holds a lot more than just one vehicle. The amenities are impressive and the pool is a gem in itself. The leasing staff is extremely informative and is genuinely concerned about their tenants. For once I really look forward to renewing my lease!

Located near but beyond hearing of convenient Wadsworth Ave, tucked away just south of several wildlife-supporting reservoirs, Camden Lakeway is a quiet retreat in the middle of the southwest suburbs. You would be hard pressed to find another apartment for this price that offers a large pool and patio with hot tub, grills, gazebo and gas firepit; an indoor basketball court; weight room, pool tables, and a sauna. Stroll around the lake and feel the spray of the fountain on a hot summer day. The staff is friendly and eager to help or just say hi. Chili cook offs, pancake breakfasts, ice cream parties: just a few of the things they do for us. There is a good range of apartment sizes so you can find just the right place for you. Did I mention that every apartment includes a one-car garage? We won't be leaving any time soon.

Camden Lakeway is a great apartment complex. A little older, so there are mature trees, space between buildings that isn't just parking, a movie star pool area with lots of hanging out space, and thick walls so it is quiet!

I am starting my second lease at Camden Lakeway in my second unit at Lakeway. I am very happy I chose to lease with Camden Lakeway. Every maintenance request that I place is addressed by the next day and the guys are very professional and friendly. The office staff is friendly overall and have helped to solve issues that I have. I was shocked with how much the rent increased between my first and second lease here, but it is also comparable to other complexes in the area. I love that every apartment has a garage and washer/dryer. Appliances are all new within the last year or so. The common areas are very nice and well maintained.

The amenities are great here, and it is in a safe neighborhood. The apartments have high ceilings which makes the space feel larger. Staff is helpful and resolves issues quickly. Lots os stores and restaurants very close.

We had to move to another unit because our upstairs neighbors would stomp around, but our new unit is great! The amenities here are top notch, including a fitness center, pool, game room, etc. The complex is a few minutes drive from almost every store you can think of, and it's surrounded by quite a few million dollar homes. Couldn't ask for much more than that!

Camden Lakeway is a decent complex with several amenities and aging, but decent units which are being remodeled. I have lived here for almost two years primarily because it is four minutes from work. The only thing I really like about my unit is that it has it has an attached garage. I can't think of anything else, structurally that impresses me. It is largely quiet, with mostly professionals and mature adults...not a lot of kids, which is good. Over the past few months, I've noticed quite a few more move-outs than previously the average. Asking one of my neighbors last week, I was told she was offered a new lease at $300.00/mo over what she had been paying. The market in Denver has become ridiculous, and I feel that the nearly $1,800/mo I currently pay for a 2 bedroom, two bath unit is a sad reflection on the morals of property management such as Camden. I will probably stay through another 15 month lease, because of the convenience, but I also see another probable move after that. I'm not sure if I will purchase another home, because that market is also ridiculous, but I am considering a relocation to another area of the country.
