Within the first five seconds of meeting Vivian, we were sold - and we had 0 knowledge of the property yet! She is an absolute gem and was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Camden. We really appreciated her welcoming spirit and optimistic outlook on our move. We are moving to Atlanta which is far away from our hometown, and she made us feel immediately welcomed and like we were already home. I had the pleasure to work with Vivian today. She is amazing! I came in to get an understanding of how life would be living at Camden Fourthward and she made my experience easy and enjoyable. The properties are NICE! The location is perfect - it’s right in the heart of the Historic Old Fourth Ward neighborhood, surrounded by dozens of local shops, and it’s only minutes away from the beltline. When I went, I explained to Vivian that I’d be moving into my first apartment soon and needed help understanding the process. By the time I left, after spending time with Vivian, I was sure Camden Fourthward would be perfect for me. Vivian is extremely knowledgeable and super personable. She really focused on my needs and asked questions to understand exactly what would suit me best. She was so helpful and kind and really took her time explaining my options to me. Knowing that she is the assistant manager makes me feel very comfortable with living at Camden because I know the customer service I will receive will be phenomenal. I have enjoyed living here and find the staff very helpful. I have a nice big kitchen island and use the gym and it's clean and all the equipment works. The walls are thick enough to block out any noise. When I had a maintenance issue it was quickly addressed. Scared of bugs? Me too! I have not seen any. The business room is nice and has wifi and there is even an art room that my baby niece used to create some toddler masterpieces. It's nice to have new appliances, too.

I have been at Camden Fourth Ward for a little over a month now. The entire experience is worthy of praise! When I was looking in the area, I was in contact with Trista, who helped schedule an appointment to show me around. She even helped me figure out the best date to move in to ensure the best price! On move in day the apartment was perfect. When I did finally put in a maintenance request, the maintenance crew was calling me within the next fifteen minutes to schedule a time. They followed-up and fixed the issue literally the next day. I've had issues in the past at other complexes where the office "lost" my packages. They never knew whether it went to my door or to my mailbox or if it was in space. My favorite thing about Camden is that they deliver my packages right to my door. I truly only have great things to say so far. The team here has been so helpful and I feel like I see the return of every penny spent! Thanks y'all!

I have lived here for 8 months and love it! Location is great, ammonites are amazing, and the staff is extremely helpful. One of their maintenance guys, Rico, just saved me! I got locked out of my place after-hours and he showed up within 15 minutes and let me back in!

Great staff, Free fiber internet, amazing pool and amenities. And the location is walking distance to my job at Ponce City Market and close to the Atlanta Beltline. Also one of the best values in the neighborhood. Love this place!

I recently moved into Camden Fourth Ward, and have been nothing but impressed. The staff was very welcoming, and the overall move-in process was seamless. Upon arrival, the apartment was beautiful and a consultant walked through the apartment with me thoroughly inspecting the area. Any issues were attended to promptly within the first two days. The facility is impeccably clean, the and the gym and pool areas are gorgeous and never too busy. Location -wise, this complex is amazing. A short walk gets you to anything you could ever need; the belt line for a jog, grocery shopping, concert venues, and numerous restaurants. So glad I chose Camden!

I am one of those people who love packaging. When I first saw Camden Fourth Ward (formerly Boho) I was overwhelmed by all the jewel tones in the highly decorated common room, cyber cafe and art studio. I felt like a free-spirited artist just walking in the place. I have been living here now 6 months and I find it to be everything the packaging promised and more. The salt water pool and white outdoor furniture make me feel like I'm at a spa. There are free fitness classes and an excellent gym which I swear I'll use any day now. I have been distracted by the Old Fourth Ward Park, Ponce City Market and Belt Line path which are steps away and call to me on a daily basis. Coming from New York, I am thrilled to find that I can walk to ten different neighborhoods from this location. I know most of the staff and they attend to my requests immediately. They keep this luxury property in pristine condition. Maintenance requests are handled by the end of the business day. There is valet trash service and the parking deck has high ceilings and is well-lit. Honestly, it feels like living in a hotel. With the opening of Ponce City Market and all kinds of businesses and restaurants cropping up everywhere around the Belt Line I see this transitional neighborhood getting better and better every day.

Though I haven't lived here long, I've already experienced firsthand the wonderful location in which Camden Fourth Ward sits -- walking distance to Ponce City Market, several restaurants, the best coffee shop, and Old Fourth Ward Park/the Beltline is literally in the backyard. I've already taken advantage of the upscale fitness center and the pool area reminds me of a resort at a beach somewhere that I could never afford. Lastly, the staff (especially Randall) has done nothing but wonderful things for me whenever I needed help or had questions about the property. I have nothing bad to say about Camden (other than, yes, it's a bit pricy--but you really are paying for the area and the fact that this is a nice, gated, luxury apartment). Love!

I'm one of the original BOHO4W residents. I was more than a little worried when CAMDEN purchased the property as they are a large company with a mixed record. It didn't help matters when they immediately raised the rent when it came time to renew the lease. That said, I could not be happier with the group of people who manage my particular property. Randall, Dorian, John, Price, Kenneth: from the office to maintenance, each of these people who work here are consummate professionals. They are genuine and prompt in their efforts to help solve issues that any renter will eventually face anywhere. The apartments are new and surprisingly well designed for an apartment. It's almost as if they actually involved and architect. :) The units have great flow and comfortable. Getting on the BeltLine is a five minute walk. If you don't know what that is, look it up: you won't be sorry. This alone would have been reason enough for me to move here. And it's not just any stretch of the BeltLine either: it is the best portion of it. You're within walking distance of a few pubs, bars, a few decent restaurants, Whole Foods, a dental office, a bakery, a farmers market, a music venue and a great new park. You should know that if there's a festival of any kind, and there are many in Old Fourth Ward, it will be in that park nearby and you won't have to worry about parking. In the summer, weekends can be loud. I personally love that. It makes me feel alive. You'll have to decide for yourself. This location is not for a nimby.

It's shocking how such a beautiful new building could be managed so poorly. To potential renters, Camden appears friendly, laid back and accommodating but all that friendliness ends a few weeks after you sign your lease. Every dollar spent by this management company is to attract new residents but leasing agents have absolutely no incentive to cater to existing residents. Once they have your signature and your money they just don't care anymore. They change the rules often to suit their needs and minimize the amount of work they need to do. For example, there were complaints that people were partying at the pool at 2am on a weekday. Instead of addressing the issue with the residents who caused the commotion, they changed the pool hours to close early. Since the only grill of the property is in the pool area, we can't use the grill to cook dinner after work anymore. So much for having amenities if you can't use them. Another example of rule changes is that they no longer accept packages because it took time away from potential new renters so now you have to arrange delivery to your door online our go pick up your package at the post office. I never would have signed my lease if I had known I wouldn't be able to use the grill or shop online. Lastly, this management company is so bad that they have to buy good reviews. They often create contests to win things but it requires leaving then a good review. That's right, you can't win if your review is negative. This should be illegal. Read these reviews carefully because if they are detailed they are probably legitimate. If the review is vague and makes this place sounds great then I will guarantee that it was a result one of these stupid contests.

Living at Camden Fourth Ward has been an excellent experience. The location of the complex is one of the best in Atlanta, with close proximity to the BeltLine, Old Fourth Ward Park, and the Inman Park/Virginia Highlands neighborhoods. The complex also has great amenities, including a beautiful pool overlooking the park, as well as a nice fitness center. We have covered parking including in the rent as well. Try to get a unit overlooking the park- you'll feel like you're in downtown Atlanta with a great view of the city, but without the hassles of parking, traffic, and noise. I highly recommend Camden Fourth Ward for new residents of Atlanta to get a great city feel.

After touring many buildings in this area and surrounding areas, I chose Camden Fourth Ward and I am so glad I did! The beautifully landscaped building houses equally beautiful apartments. Staff that really cares and speedy responses to maintenance requests are tops on my list. You will find both of these at Camden Fourth Ward. The upkeep of the common areas are second to none. Atlanta's Historic Fourth Ward Park and the Atlanta BeltLine is steps away! If you need to change the scenery, you can escape to the courtyard where you will find the incredible pool to just lounge or enjoy a meal. If you want to keep in shape, you can visit the state of the art fitness center or jog to Piedmont Park. Lastly, security is a priority at Camden and I feel very safe living here.

My favorite thing about Camden Fourth Ward is its location. It's right on the BeltLine and within walking distance of Piedmont Park, Krog Street Market, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Midtown Art Cinema, Starbucks, Honey Bubble, Manuel's Tavern, etc. I love how walkable the area is! Also, the neighborhood feels relatively safe. The apartment complex itself is pretty nice, too. The kitchen area is fairly big compared to the overall size of the apartment and the kitchen island is huge! Also, the bathroom is surprisingly big and that's not including the washer/dryer that are in a closet attached to the bathroom. My only complaint really has to do with the security patrols that Camden has hired. It took them months to enforce any rules/order in the parking garage. And now that that's been resolved, the problem has become inconsiderate people hanging out in the pool area where my apartment faces. Starting in April, residents are actively using the pool and most of them are thoughtful neighbors, except for the people who will hang out until sometimes 2am talking and laughing loudly and playing music, being so inconsiderate to the probably 30 apartments that face out to the pool. This is really my only problem with the complex and it boils down to the leasing office managing the security patrol and enforcing the existing rules. Other than this one problem, Camden Fourth Ward really is a great place to live.

I love living here. The location is awesome, right net to Old fourth Ward park, beltline, groceries and different shops nearby, and it's in a great location if you want to get Midtown, Virginia Highlands, Inman Park, etc. The complex itself is new, just 2 years old I believe, so minimal wear and tear. The finishings in the apartments are nice, they are decent sizes for the area, and the common areas are all nice and flashy. The only reason this apartment gets 3 stars instead of 4 is the staff, more specifically, its the company. Camden keeps boasting that they are one of the best companies to work for in Atlanta, can't say the same for living with them though. Camden has a reputation for increasing the rate a lot, I mean $100 for current residents, and they lived up to this rep when they took over the property. In other dealings with them, they don't seem to really care about the residents, but they care a lot about making us pay lots of random fees. As one resident recently stopped me in the hall to say, "it's much more corporate now." The staff also isn't very well trained. One of the associates seems to know everything, but then when you go to ask the others a question they will often give you incorrect/conflicting information. That's really my only issue with the place, especially because I came from a complex where the company/staff were great, never had any issues and they were extremely helpful. I was also here when it was still called Boho and they were also great so this is a disappointment. If you do not care about the staff/company however then I would absolutely say this is a great place to live and I'm happy I'm here.

This complex is perfect for young professionals in such an up and coming area. With the addition of Ponce City Market, the area is quickly growing, and bringing so much more within walking distance. I love the common areas that we are fortunate to utilize, and I find all of my neighbors friendly and considerate. I truly have found a gem of a complex within a small area with lots of apartments to choose from!

The apartment complex is newer and comes with fiber internet bundled in the rent. The location is great, within walking distance from most locations in the midtown area. The park that is the complex is located on is very active and has many "free" events. On the downside, the complex's guest parking is street parking only and it can get filled up rather quickly on the weekends. Additionally, the workout equipment is alright, but it won't replace a full gym. And the pool is just waist deep.

Camden Fourth Ward is a gem located right in the heart of some of the best neighborhoods in Atlanta - Old Fourth Ward, Inman Park and Midtown. It's quiet enough right near the building by the park, yet active enough for you to walk or bike the beltline, visit nearby parks, or check out local dining and shops. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable and all of our neighbors in the community have been friendly. The best thing yet to come is to be located walking distance from the new and vibrant Ponce City Market, which will be in full action later in the year. We are so excited to be in this building for all of its amenities and the location can't be beat!

Camden Fourth Ward is definitely one of the nicest apartments in the area for the price. I looked at all the apartments in the area, and for the money this was BY FAR my favorite. The amenities are so nice and well kept. There is a spin room, workout room with pretty good machines for an apartment gym, and a very nice pool. Also, the parking garage is never full. I always get a spot right near my entrance, which is something I have struggled to find elsewhere in Atlanta. Visitor parking is on the streets, but there is a lot of room, so my visitors usually get a space right by unit. The apartments are clean with modern finishes and spacious bathrooms/closets. I have had a few maintenance requests for things such as light bulbs etc. and they are usually done within a day. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, and I do not have any complaints on that front. Being within walking distance of the Beltline/Piedmont Park/Ponce City Market and Edgewood is wondeful. I would definitely recommend Camden Fourth Ward to others!

Every place has its pros and cons, just like jobs and people, nothing is perfect. Secure parking and gated complex was high on my list. The complex is pet friendly, with quick access to the park and the belt line for dog walking and access to festivals. For the exercise enthusiast there are many options, classes, spin room and regular gym equipment. The pool has been a great place to relax and cool off as well as meet new neighbors. Activities are endless, within the complex and local area, for those looking to socialize...never know who you may meet!

Camden Fourth Ward is a fairly new complex right next to the beautiful Historic Fourth Ward Park and the Beltline biking and walking path and is a quick walk or drive from Inman Park, Krog Street, Piedmont Park and the Virginia Highlands. The apartment complex provides a clean, rarely crowded gym, a spinning/yoga studio, a great pool with wifi access, and space to work in if working from home. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful as well. The complex also provides ample parking and larger than average parking spaces. Great place to be if you are looking for great amenities and want to take advantage of Atlanta's green space!

I have lived at this residence for 2 years and love it. My unique one bed room floor plan has a 6 foot kitchen island which is ideal for entertaining. The salt water pool is well decorated and has 2 gas grills and is always a fun place to meet new friends. My selling point was the art studio, which allows you you paint and make a mess outside of your home. I have looked at the other properties around us and none of them compare when it comes to the apartment its self and amenities. My friends are always blown away by the location and how walkable the area is. The belt line gives you walking access to grocery stores, restaurants, concert venues, and market places so even on the weekends you don't have to drive to have a fun time. With the addition of ponce city market I can't imagine why you wouldn't want to live in this area.

These are the apartments for those not wanting to feel like they are living in an apartment. The kitchens are amazing with a huge island, plenty of storage space, and an open layout. It is especially great for roommate living, as the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment with private bathrooms so you never feel like you are on top of one another. It is located in walking distance of the beltline, Fourth Ward park, Ponce City Market, and other nearby restaurants in Old Fourth Ward. I feel very safe living here and management is extremely friendly and on top of things - would definitely recommend it.

I absolutely love living in Camden at Old Fourth Ward. I love the community and the management. I'm literally just a few steps away from the park, restaurants and shopping. The community is very well kept and management is very efficient in correcting any problems that might arise. Not to mention, the floor plans are very nice and spacious, and the amenities are very modern. If you're looking for in-town living, this is the place to be!!!

My husband and I have lived here for over a year now, and while we would have to add some disclaimers when recommending the complex, the area absolutely can't be beat. A rundown of the pros: - Each of the two buildings has a parking deck, and cars without decals are booted (street parking is also available). - The amenities are nice, and common areas are kept tidy. - The maintenance staff is responsive, albeit not particularly skilled. - This is one of the only complexes in the area with fiber cable/internet, so we have great internet speeds and no data caps. - Once a week or so a food truck will come by during dinner time, so that can be a fun meal option. - A large park and a playground are less than a block away, with access to the Beltline just up the hill beyond (if you aren’t familiar with the Beltline, you should look it up; that is a HUGE plus). - The Masquerade is really close by, as is the newly renovated Ponce City Market. - We have convenient access to I-75 and Freedom Parkway, so getting around town isn’t difficult. The ONLY reason I would hesitate to recommend this community is because I have not had a single positive experience with the current management company - they have been unhelpful, insincere, and evasive. As long as you come into the community prepared for that, though, you really won’t be disappointed with this place. :)

Not a bad place to live, the amenities are great (when you can use them) and the location can't be beat. The management are very nice, but tend towards placation instead of fixing the issues. Rates are continuing to go up, and no clear answers are really given. The rules are starting to become a bit ridiculous, and they seem to be more focused towards profit than resident happiness.
