Been living here (Briarcliff side) since 9/1/2023 and have had nothing but good things to say. Even before I got my move in date, Heather was phenomenal with helping through the process. I had high expectations that have been met adequately. ??

Though I lived for only one year, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. For 6 months I worked from home and I never had any kind of disturbance. Both the office and maintenance staff are very friendly, kind, and always prompt and willing to help. The only reason I had to move out was that I wanted to have a washer and dryer in the unit itself. I would not have moved if the washer and dryer were at least in the same building if not in the unit.

GREAT PERSONEL!!, Manager, Leasing Agent, Maintenance Crew,,. ALL Great,. helpful, dependable, caring and attentive to the tennants' needs. Corporate owners can be difficult, however. & On site Mgmn't is too often refused.. All in all, on site Mgmn't does everything they can to help the tennants. I've been here 6yrs. now, & enjoy stopping by just to say hello. They are very helpful and friendly folks.!

Came in back in 2019, don’t let the outside view fool you, the inside of the apartments is amazing! To make things better, the management and the maintenance staff are amazing! The old apartment went up in flames, the management was fast to respond and provide new housing. Couldn't have asked for better apartment management and landlords! Great staff and beautiful interiors. Highly recommend top units, amazing views outside, and peaceful and quiet at night! Also VERY affordable and you'll get your money's worth!!

Me and my boyfriend just moved in to Cambridge woods one bedroom from a studio apartment with two dogs. Upon signing and moving in Heather has been such a great help and quickly answered any question we had. When initially moving in there were some things that needed done around the place and we let them know these things and we are going into our 3rd week here and everything that we asked to be fixed is fixed. Heather is great with checking up and making sure everything is alright and the maintenance people here are great. They took the time to get everything done as quick as possible and talked with me about when was done and needed to be done still. I would recommend this place to anyone even only being her for so little of time so far.

Very nice lady really and explained everything I needed to know took time to listen two me I have no voice box so it hard to understand me at times she took the time to listen to me very good experience I believe her name was Heather and Tammy is very nice also and the air works great ?? good job om that also

The property managers and maintenance guys are great, but AC does not work. Unfortunately, the temporary fixes are just TEMPORARY and a hot day outside means a hot day inside your unit as well. To make matters worse, you pay the apartment for AC which doesn't work ($30/month). Again, the people who work here are great, but the apartments are old and have recurrent issues with AC, hot water and they still expect you to pay every month for these.

I just got out of a bad situationship,so needless to say I needed somewhere to go ASAP! The young lady in the office (Jessica) made it possible for this to happen. Everything in my apartment is BRAND NEW! (Except the windows). The appliances run great, my neighbors are NOT loud, but the hallways could be cleaner. Maintenance responds QUICKLY to work orders which is always a plus! Two complaints though, the main door attached to my building does NOT close all the way, making it easy for someone to just walk in. The second would be the inconvenience of having to wait until the office is open to replenish your wash card to do laundry.

I have lived her for 1 year and it has been awful. They never come and fix your problems, and if they do it takes months. They always do surprise visits and All other occupants are always loud and stomping, people always coming and going.

The hallways have bad odors, and so do all the basement apartments, the intercom system doesn't work half the time, and also the apartment security door get jammed so much it's been times where I can't even get into my own apartment. Management is nice but don't really get the maintenance done within a timely manner. Friendly neighbors, and overall safe environment are about the only plus! Move at your own risk!
