have had the pleasure of living in this apartment complex for 2 , and I can’t say enough good things about our manager, Yurixy . She is truly dedicated to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming community for all residents. From day one, Yurixy has been professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Whether it’s handling maintenance requests promptly, addressing concerns with care, or simply greeting residents with a warm smile, she goes above and beyond to ensure everyone feels at home. The property is always well-maintained, and any issues are resolved quickly thanks to her proactive approach. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely care about the well-being of residents. If you’re looking for an apartment with great management, I highly recommend living here. Yurixy is a true asset to the community, and her hard work does not go unnoticed!

I was resident of Cambridge Terrace Apartments for a year, I impressed with everything in this community, the most important thing which I want share with you is the manager Ms.Yuruxy was so kind, knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, honest and hardworking person. When I was asking for maintenance or any work order, it was very on time managed with best arrangements. I really appreciate all employees especially the manager (Ms. Yuruxy) for being kind and respectful with all residents. It is very close to restaurants, shopping and transportation. I am highly recommend Cambridge Terrace Apartments for your next apartment home.

do not come here if you work nights. they tend to start their construction maintenance at 6am. and it is CONSTANT maintenance throughout the year

Sarah doesn't answer the phone when you call and the only way to make her answer is to go to her door and knock. She doesn't take her job seriously and lies about setting appointments with a repairman, who never showed up. She doesn't stick to the office hours and makes up her own time for when she wants to work. New management is greatly needed.

Sarah the current manager doesn't care for the place. She is always arguing with her boyfriend, or whoever he is. Laundry room machines are constantly broken, it is weeks before she does anything. There are party's late at night super loud music, drugs around the jacuzzi, when the told Sarah nothing was done. People get stuck in elevators late at night, Sarah doesn't care. She is supposed to make rounds at night never does. She gets nasty when you have a package for mail pickup, and you will not be home, you leave it in front of your door, because mail man will come and pick it up. She is rude. She is not on top of things. The owners need to hire a new manager , who can manage the place. People are moving out because they are not happy with the management. She is lazy, and doesn't care. She is not in the office when she is supposed to. The place is run down by her.

I am moving out after 5 months due to my neighbors smoking cigarettes and marijuana. They smoke often and I was unable to open my bedroom window and balcony sliding door because if I did my entire apartment reek like cigarettes or marijuana. The balconies are very close together and when I brought this up to management it was poorly handled. It took them 2 months to evaluate the ventilation of the apartment. It's been weeks since management looked into the problem and nothing has been done to prevent the smoke entering the apartment, which is unit 109. I have a 2 month old baby and I thought it would be priority for management to fix the problem but it was not. Do not move into unit 109 or the apartment complex if you have children look for a smoke free complex. Also, the neighbors party during the week and it can be loud until 3-4am.

My apartment is a clean and well maintained building.
