When I first moved into this apartment, they had pushed back my lease by 2 weeks because the previous tenant had died and they lied to me saying the apartment wasn't ready. It was only when I spoke to someone else that they told me the truth. Throughout the year, they wouldn't take care of the property. My floor had tears in it, the tub was stained. They wouldn't clean up the halls if people got messy. The only good thing I will say was that maintenance would usually get requests done quickly. The closing process sucked because they didn't care about my time. They're trying to charge me extra utilities, and they're giving me a rough time because they don't have their ducks in a row. Seriously, there are better places. Don't settle for this one.

Cambridge place is a lovely apartment complex. I have lived here for a little less than a month and I love it. The staff is professional and timely with their response. The apartments are decent size for the rates they offer. It’s also in the heart of the city so better proximity to things.

I love the location. It is convenient to 4 grocery stores, 2 drugstores, busses, movie theaters and the light rail and Barnex and Noble. Plus some restaurants.

Cambridge Place is my first apartment on my own and so far, I feel really happy with my decision here. The apartment is nice and spacious, and the leasing manager was able to get me a wonderful deal. They were also very transparent about additional prices, and the staff is overall very sweet. The maintenance manager, Rob is always on top of things and responds quickly.

When we moved in we were not told about extra fees or fetch. I have had nothing but issues with fetch and I have one email where they stated that they didn't have the resources to deliver packages. What a joke.... We are forced to pay for a delivery service that doesn't know how to do their only job. We were told the rent was a certain amount and pet rent. That was it. No, there are alot of extras on there that are hundreds of dollars more so it was a huge surprise the second month in. We also had an emergency where the apartment next to us flooded and the water came into our side and the worker didn't seem to know what to do and no follow up. There's something growing out of the wall at the floorboard to the connecting unit. Overall I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

Apartment living isnt always the best, but Cambridge Place really makes it feel like home. Units are cozy and welcoming, community areas are clean, and updates are being made all around. For the price in its area, its a great place to live.

The leasing staff made moving in very easy! I got a vacant lot that had no real issues to it. It was very clean and put together well and the matenence staff was friendly, quick, and timely with getting me the things I need and making repairs where they where needed.

The apartments here aren't too bad, but they definitely aren't very high end. Garden level apartments mean loud strange neighbors, and we had some bug issues, despite keeping our apartment pretty clean. Not awful, but if there's something else you're thinking of, I'd steer clear.
