Great place to live. Maintenance team are the best. Living here less than a month but starting to love live here. T station is next to the building, and grocery stores are also in walking distance.

I’d like to give a big shout-out to Kevin from maintenance—he’s incredibly responsive and professional. Every time I’ve submitted a request, he’s been at my door in no time. 3 minutes walk from Yerwife station, 12-13 minutes walk from the mall with organic supermarket, etc., and walking distance to the lake with running/walking trails. The apartment is in a very nice environment. The facilities are also beautiful, with a gym, meeting rooms, workspace, etc., and you can't feel the age of the building. The rooms are also very comfortable with a large kitchen.

This apartment complex is in a great location, has great amenities and is well maintained. Austin & Logan have been great when my dryer wasn’t working properly, they made sure to get to it quickly so I could do laundry before leaving for the holidays. Scott & Mitchell push this community over the top compared to others in the area. It is always nice to see them whether I’m heading out for the day or getting back from work. Plus they love giving out treats to the pups in the building! I never have to worry about a package or food getting delivered because they are there. Overall it’s a great place to live

Great experience I've lived here for a year and a half now, and still love everything about it! The people/neighbors are nice. There are a lot of activities to do. Although I wish those activities were scheduled a little later than 4 pm.

Package delivery system works pretty well. Quiet neighbors so it's nice for some peace and quiet. It would be nice if some of the community events were outside of regular work hours when we're back home.

Repair requests are prompt. It's quiet and peaceful. I'm glad they moved recycle day to Monday instead of Sunday since more people are at home on the weekends. It would be neat if we had food trucks in the parking lot on more days of the week instead of just Wednesday.

Just moved in today, and so far so good! We arrived to a pristine apartment, concierge and other staff have been fantastic to work with, and even the residents have been friendly and welcoming. As we were moving in, we had to keep unlocking the side door with our key fob. One of the building maintenance people saw us and manually set it to stay it open for us to get our stuff through easier. We had just learned that we could ask concierge to do it, but the maintenance person was super helpful to just do it for us!

You can’t beat the location (across from the T and 5 minute walk to Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s). The staff is super friendly. The common areas are always clean.

Cambridge Park is a great place to live. Other residents are friendly and follow the rules. I hear noises from neighbors here and there - because it's an apartment, but very solid construction overall - no major complaints/issues, unlike my last place!

I'm in love with my apartment. It's not the fanciest, newest apartment, but it's cozy and the team here takes care of me with anything. Maintenance is great. Office folks are nice. Front desk knows me by name and is always ready to help. The events are nice and seems like they are well thought out. A lot of people attend and I've met some nice neighbors that way. It may not have all the bells and whistles, but I really enjoy how quiet and lowkey it is - a much slower pace for someone who works in the city.

staffs are very kind and professional. living is easy like breeze here. i do not raise pets, but this building is dog friendly, which is quite awesome to see dogs around.
