Cambridge Park Apartments

I’d like to give a big shout-out to Kevin from maintenance—he’s incredibly responsive and professional. Every time I’ve submitted a request, he’s been at my door in no time. Over the past couple of weeks, he’s helped with changing light bulbs in the bathrooms and replacing the clothes washer, and he handled everything quickly and efficiently. It’s always a pleasure to have someone so reliable and courteous taking care of things. Thanks, Kevin!

3 minutes walk from Yerwife station, 12-13 minutes walk from the mall with organic supermarket, etc., and walking distance to the lake with running/walking trails. The apartment is in a very nice environment. The facilities are also beautiful, with a gym, meeting rooms, workspace, etc., and you can't feel the age of the building. The rooms are also very comfortable with a large kitchen.

I have nothing but good things to say about cambridge park apartments. Management, concierge, and maintenance are all wonderful and professional. The space is well maintained and amenities are great. I've especially enjoyed getting to know other tenants here, there's a great sense of community, and it's a great place for families with young children.

Great location and property. Been a joy to be living here - so close to train station, grocery stores, cvs, liquor stores, parks and open spaces.

I have lived in this residence for a little over a year, and I still love everything about it. The neighbors are very friendly, the staff is exceptional, and the fitness center is easily accessible.

This apartment complex is in a great location, has great amenities and is well maintained. Austin & Logan have been great when my dryer wasn’t working properly, they made sure to get to it quickly so I could do laundry before leaving for the holidays. Scott & Mitchell push this community over the top compared to others in the area. It is always nice to see them whether I’m heading out for the day or getting back from work. Plus they love giving out treats to the pups in the building! I never have to worry about a package or food getting delivered because they are there. Overall it’s a great place to live

Move-in was painless and the concierge desk is absolutely super! They were incredibly helpful with finding packages and general information about the apartment.

Great experience I've lived here for a year and a half now, and still love everything about it! The people/neighbors are nice. There are a lot of activities to do. Although I wish those activities were scheduled a little later than 4 pm.

Our family moved in a couple of weeks ago, and we love everything about Cambridge Park so far. Overall, it's a nice community and an exceptional vicinity

Package delivery system works pretty well. Quiet neighbors so it's nice for some peace and quiet. It would be nice if some of the community events were outside of regular work hours when we're back home.

Staffs at the concierge are all very nice, respond very quickly. They recently installed sparkling water dispenser in the common area, which I love!

Love the facilities and amenities! The people at the concierge and leasing office are all very helpful. The building is new, clean, and close to the Alewife station

Clean, safe, and great amenities for wonderful life in Cambridge. Pretty close to the transportation. All management members are pretty kind and helpful.

It's a very family-friendly community! Everyone is very nice and the facilities are great. The apartment itself had a few deficiencies and management wasn't always the most responsive, but they are still very professional.

Love my stay at Cambridge Park Apts. Great facilities,well maintained, walking distance from Nature Park, station and grocery stores with great management and maintenance managers & staff.

Repair requests are prompt. It's quiet and peaceful. I'm glad they moved recycle day to Monday instead of Sunday since more people are at home on the weekends. It would be neat if we had food trucks in the parking lot on more days of the week instead of just Wednesday.

Just moved in today, and so far so good! We arrived to a pristine apartment, concierge and other staff have been fantastic to work with, and even the residents have been friendly and welcoming. As we were moving in, we had to keep unlocking the side door with our key fob. One of the building maintenance people saw us and manually set it to stay it open for us to get our stuff through easier. We had just learned that we could ask concierge to do it, but the maintenance person was super helpful to just do it for us!

This is an Excellent community, lots of events! And it’s an ideal location close to the red line MBTA alewife station. I really recommend this place!!

I am very satisfied with this residence. It's clean, well-maintained, and I think it's a very comfortable place to live. I have no complaints at this point.

The apartment is nice and feels home. I like the fact that the amenities are well maintained and accessible to the residents conveniently and the community events are interesting.

You can’t beat the location (across from the T and 5 minute walk to Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s). The staff is super friendly. The common areas are always clean.

Cambridge Park is a great place to live. Other residents are friendly and follow the rules. I hear noises from neighbors here and there - because it's an apartment, but very solid construction overall - no major complaints/issues, unlike my last place!

I'm in love with my apartment. It's not the fanciest, newest apartment, but it's cozy and the team here takes care of me with anything. Maintenance is great. Office folks are nice. Front desk knows me by name and is always ready to help. The events are nice and seems like they are well thought out. A lot of people attend and I've met some nice neighbors that way. It may not have all the bells and whistles, but I really enjoy how quiet and lowkey it is - a much slower pace for someone who works in the city.

staffs are very kind and professional. living is easy like breeze here. i do not raise pets, but this building is dog friendly, which is quite awesome to see dogs around.

Always satisfied. We moved in here roughly 6 months ago and we have had nothing but positive experiences here. The staff is kind, attentive, and respond to residents expeditiously. We’ve made great friends with other residents and we couldn’t be happier!!

Building management is hostile to residents, especially those who point out areas for improvement. Persistent issues with building maintenance, and staff follow-through. For example: disabled points of entry for extended periods of time, at times months; constant leaks in the garage, with falling ceiling tiles; elevators constantly left out of service; fire alarms at inappropriate times; poorly trained staff; reshuffling of resident services and amenities without community input, creating a worse resident experience. They constantly advertise for various community vendors from which they seem to get a kick-back, despite the poor quality of these businesses. The place could be really nice with better management, but Bozzuto doesn't care.
