Cambridge Hall at College Station

It was a very well explained process with multiple steps that makes signing a lease clear and straightforward. Associates from Cambridge Hall are very polite and answered any questions I have very quickly!

Living in my resident apartment has been fantastic, mainly because of the convenient free dining rooms. Not having to worry about buying food saves me a lot of money and time, which is a huge plus. The meals are pretty good, and it's a great way to meet other residents. The combination of free dining and proximity to the university makes this the perfect place for me. It’s comfortable, convenient, and conducive to focusing on my studies.

I like the food and very cool and it's very awesome. Like the people I like my friends I like the burgers I like to swim I like to get a suntan

It’s amazing! Love the pool and gym! The dorms themselves is the single best thing about Cambridge! There’s so much space and room to have big hangouts and I love having my own room!!

Such a great place to live and I can’t wait to live there next semester!!Easily accessible to the campus and everything around college station!

I love Cambridge Hall! The amenities are super nice and the residents staff are super sweet! I’ve never had an issue, and if so the staff seem to get onto it fairly quickly. I’d highly recommend housing here to others.

Great residence! I love how the view looks from the dorms and love the amount of space there is for everyone if you’re planning to live with roommates.

Looks good! But the hallways are always leaking and there are lots of holes. The food can also use some work. I would like to see more fruit like strawberries, blueberries, etc. again.

It was definitely interesting. I am happy about the friends I made but the actually experience was okay. The community games were fun but I can’t look past the loud neighbors, the wishy washy food, the always broken apartment, non-communicative staff, and the location. It is not normal to hear gun shots and experience a flash bang right next door to your apartment complex.

I would say that the only thing that I would improve is the entrance and gate system. I would make it easier for residents to let in food deliveries.

Cambridge Hall has been the best home this past year! I love all the amenities! The dining hall is really convenient for a busy schedule and they have lots of options. Their resident events are so fun and I have made many friends! The rooms are much better quality than anything on campus. Plus they are on bus route so it is really conveniently located. Would recommend Cambridge Hall to any student in Collage Station!

I just renewed my lease here and love it! My mom and dad really like how safe the property is and I really love the dining hall and amenities.

Overall, very solid. The rooms are good quality and everything for the most part works pretty well. The staff is friendly, they just do not prorate their rates for breaks and times you won’t be living in the apartment and they do charge a decently steep price.

Very good, I experience no troubles with my neighbors and I have built a small community at Cambridge to go to fun social events. Overall a 10/10 experience!

Living independently is really fun when you can have friends, staffs, teachers or anyone to be around you. It has been a Great experience for me to be at Texas A&M

no Cambridge Hall, because of the good staff and they be sweet give it a 10 out of 10 very calmly I like Professors very calm we ask we need help

The dorm complex is clean. The amenities are nice. The game room is fun to hang out with friends. The events for the most part did not disappoint. The pool is kept clean. The house keeping was minimal as floors were not cleaned and counters were only half wiped even when no objects were left on top. The dining hall was the highlight as the food was pretty good and kitchen staff is nice.

Living in the residence hall has been a transformative experience for me. It has taught me the true essence of responsibility which are core values I deeply cherish.

Overall so far so good, the experience here price wise is the best in the market that I could see anywhere else, although next year leases gonna increase because food and rent are now separated. That is not a great deal for me or anyone who is eating here all the time. But this year is a good experience so far. Please reduce the price of the unlimited meal plan if possible.

Good place to live. Nice staff that hosts fun events. The food is good depending on the day. The bus ride to campus is pretty short since we’re the last stop to get picked up and first stop to get dropped off.

Everything is really nice! The food could use some work though. But overall, it’s a good place to stay. The amenities are very new and nice.

I am a big fan of the amenities at cambridge hall. Most especially the gym and the dining hall. Although nowadays there have been less food options

I love living at Cambridge Hall. The dining hall is amazing. The staff really care about you. You get the dorm experience but it’s more private and luxurious. I’ve met some of my closest friends through their resident activities. The amenities are so nice and the rooms are spacious! I would recommend Cambridge to everyone in the College Station area!

Cambridge is a very nice place to stay freshman year of college. It has so many great amenities that make life freshman year so much easier to adapt to.

So many issues with the food, laundry, etc. Visitors have said the hallways smell bad. Issues with severe mold when moving in, the paint flakes off in the closet onto all my clothes, and so much more. Not worth the price.

Walls are very thin. Can hear everything from our upstairs neighbors: more than normal. Besides that, good food and good and timely maintenance team.

Overall i had a pretty fun time at Cambridge hall. There were of course some issues such as heaters not working and constant water outages but maintenance was usually quick with fixing everything. The meals were pretty good and the amenities were just what u can ask for

This is a friendly and place with great amenities!!!!! The only problem I had was with the washer and dryers which are not of the best quality.

Overall, my experience has been pretty good so far. The food is alright, but could use some extra flavor and the meat can be a bit overcooked. Washing clothes here is kind of an annoyance because you have to pay $2.25 for just one load in the washer. So it adds to $5.50 with the dryer and can get pretty pricey. I would recommend also bringing a mini vacuum because paint chips off of stuff. Other than that everything has been great! Good staff, all of them are super nice, and the amenities are great as well. I also like that they do community events where you get a chance to win stuff and meet others. So, overall, I gave it a 4/5 review because even though a couple things are not to my liking, I really enjoy staying here!

Being at Cambridge is amazing the food is really good, everyone is really friendly and welcoming and the events are super fun ! The staff helps the residents as much as I can with any questions or concerns they have. Living at Cambridge i suggest it

Everything here is pretty solid at Cambridge Hall. The majority of the time they have a bunch of good food, so no real need to worry about food. Maintenance can be annoying, but at least they do not take forever here. The events here and there are pretty fun. Overall, has been an enjoyable experience for the past 2 years.

Haven’t had a problem! Everything here is so nice and the dining room is great! They offer a variety of meals and the staff are so kind. They offer monthly events for residents and not to mention the win-it- wednesdays!

Great place to live , Amazing food the pool is really good. The rooms are perfect size and make you fell at home. The common area is a great play to hang out and get to know your room mates better.

Everyone working at Cambridge Hall is super friendly, and the amenities are very nice and convenient. They have a lot of events where residents can meet other people, so it feels like a small community.

I studied in the UK most of my life and for the first time I am studying in the US. I needed to find accommodation. Even though I was in another country I was able to get everything sorted very swiftly and efficiently thanks to the wonderful staff being very very helpful and easy to talk to.

Even though I haven’t lived in the apartment, it was an amazing experience with the tour! The people were professional, and answered every question I had!

My son just finished his freshman year and we were very pleased with Cambridge Hall. In fact, he is returning next year. With the bus line out front, the cafeteria meals plus the location to campus all makes CH a good fit.

Almost the entire year I had a leak in the restroom. It had once gotten really bad and almost took out the restroom roof. Apparently 'had it fixed' many times but the same problem would resurface. Mold in the restroom and the fridge. Bi-weekly housekeeping probably stopped by twice the entire year. Was expecting a much nicer and better experience after touring in the summer but was fooled and would not recommend. Some amenities are nice such as the game room and study room. Even the cafeteria does offer pretty good food, however, not worth the price to live here at all. The hot water was also turned off for what felt like a majority of the days. At times, the hot water would be down for days in a row.

Great place to live if attending Tamu. The apartment is very clean and tidy with many things you do including pool, poker tables, and to swimming.

Bad food, hot water doesn’t work a few times a month. The AC works well. The heaters don’t work. The entire winter the room couldn’t get up to 70, and during the freeze the room got as low as 51 degrees. That is not acceptable, we let management know and were told we would get a space heater which they never brung

I really enjoy living at Cambridge Hall. All the staff that works there is super helpful. The staff also puts on community events that are super fun.

This place has been great the live at! The dining hall is my favorite part and the food is pretty good! It is super close to campus and they do lots of giveaways for the residents.

I have lived here for the 2023-2024 school year and have absolutely loved it. The on site dining is very convenient and the gym has all brand new equipment. The staff is also very friendly and quick to respond to any issues.

I've lived at Cambridge hall for the 22-23 school year and so far it has been amazing. The on site café is a really nice amenity for a college student. The new renovations are underway, and its super exciting to see the progress being made. It's super close to Texas A&M campus too, so getting to class is very easy. the units come furnished too so I didn't have to worry about buying furniture like I would at a normal apartment. Cambridge Hall is a great alternative to the on campus dorms, or a transition between living with parents to being independent.
