This is great place to live! It really feels like home. We've lived here since 2016. The new management is wonderful and very friendly. The maintenance team is great. They respond quickly and do a great job at resolving any issues that pop up. The outside of the property it's beautiful. They're completely renovating it and it looks amazing. We've seen a lot changes over the 9 years lived here but this is by far the best I've ever seen! There is security at night which makes me feel like I'm in a safe community. The amenities are also great! We love it here! I would highly recommend it.
Beautiful property and apartments. Staff was top notch. I spent at least an hour here touring and speaking with the agent only to find out that none of these apartments were in my price range like it showed on their website. The rent will be several hundred dollars more than what you see online. This was my very first choice and I was excited but felt tricked when I learned the cost.

50 characters just is not enough however there have been several murders, car jackings, attempted murders, your property ie your car will be be hit, stolen and damage. The management team is a joke. The are horrible people and can not be trusted. The are rude and speak to people with disrespect. ALSO, they are charging for community electricity, water, sewer, two different types of trash removal. You will pay up to $300 or more just in the apt fees. So stay away if you value your life, property and you wallet.

The access gates require that the only way for vehicles to enter the property is through an access card or residential code. Additionally, per the signed lease agreement (and again outlined in the welcome email) the following fee is charged monthly, pest control, valet trash, trash hauling, water, sewer, utility service fee, and community electric charge. The stuff is wonderful especially Emily shes very knowledgeable and will make sure this is a place you can call home. Its very safe and secure. The community is extremely clean and the inside of the apartments are BEAUTIFUL!! Their maintenance team are great I had a few issues and usually most apartments take days to respond but not here! All of my maintenance requests were completed in less than two hours of me submitting them. And the office actually return your calls if they are busy with a resident or future resident unlike most places. And my neighbors are sweethearts. Im happy to call this community home! And the location is great! Youre close to everything. I love it!

Beautiful apartments and the complex is well maintained. I let maintenance know about a bulb that was out. It wasn't even important for me that they fix it that week but it was fixed within 10 minutes. I was very impressed. I moved from out of state and Hillary in the office made the process very easy and was on top of it from the beginning.

So far my stay at Cambridge has been really good. The amenities in the commons area are great. I love being able to use the walking trails throughout the property, and the staff is super friendly and always handles resolving any issues I have in a timely manner. I am very glad I chose this place to live in.

Im new to Cambridge at Hickory Hollow, but I can honestly say that so far, my stay here has been amazing. I didnt have much time to find a new apartment, and this was the first place I looked at. I looked at other places too, but there was something about Cambridge that kept me coming back to look at it. The application process was easy, the leasing agents were amazing. My move in was easy. The apartment looked EXACTLY the way it was described, and I got every amenity that I was looking for in an apartment. To say that I am beyond satisfied would be an understatement.

Working with Hilary and the process of moving was a breeze. Any time I a question or concern prior to and after my move, it was addressed quickly. The complex offers some great amenities and it is well maintained. So far I am enjoying my decision to move here.

Parking over here with make you not want to move here altogether, it would truly be a deal breaker . I will not be renewing my lease next year because parking is very inconvenient being that it is extremely limited visitor parking per building, most Visitors have to park in regular spots which causes residents to have to park a mile from their building literally & risk the issue of being booted. Instead of the office making more visitor spots , it’s about money and other options smh .

One of the best places to stay with the best office staffs working in the Apartment.
After being a resident for almost 16yrs, it's pretty decent with an excellent location.
The apartment is conveniently located and the floor plans have nice layouts however you will need to a major deep cleaning before moving in. They do little to no clean or repainting after the last resident. The property offers valet trash, which is nice but the property has trash every where. It could be beautiful property if they kept the lawn and property clean. Lastly there is no visitor parking at all. There is a small lot in the front but it gets full quickly and not safe if you live in the back but your guest has to park in the front and walk.
Would not recommend living here at all. Poor management and poor maintenance.

A nice apartment complex, reasonable price for the area and the gates a nice addition.
I’ve live here since 2013 and have no plans to move anytime soon!! The community is quiet and safe. There was an issue with parking after 9p but the new management team has worked diligently to correct the problem. The solution was simple, now I’m pleased to say I can park close to my building which is awesome. The community has always hired great office support team, but the new management team is working harder to make life even more pleasant and safer. They are very fair in their approach. The maintenance Team is always available and ready to address your needs with professional and courteous service.
Cambridge has always been great. Staff has always been top notch.
Ive lived in these apartments since late 2011, and have mostly enjoyed my time here up until the last year. This last company that purchased our property and hired new office staff have made several changes that have been negative in my opinion. Mainly the hiring of a new office management personnel that have only been disrespectful and lacking in solution making that is beneficial to all of their residents. Communications are often sent last minute when staff will be entering apartments or making updates, policies change with little notice or without regard for all who pay to live here. Its made me start looking at other properties to move to when my lease is up this summer.
Not the best, but convenient location. Rent goes up each time you renew. Eventually, its not worth the price.
Cambridge at Hickory Hollow Apartments has been a pleasurable stay for me. The new management are welcoming, consistent with communication, helpful, and proactive. New changes are constantly being made that make me feel safe and valued.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! There is absolutely NO parking & management does not care about it. You’ll live in such & such building & have to walk 3 or 4 buildings over to get to your car where you parked it. The office staff refuses to deal with any complaints or issues you may have. The pool is closed almost all summer season & maintenance takes forever to respond to your service requests.
Looking from the outside it looks like a nice place to live but after the first day I changed my mind. Firstly there was a roach infestation I noticed on the first night! Took me weeks to get that under control. My apartment constantly smells like weed from my neighbors. I literally was embarrassed to have people over. People throw trash and cigarettes all over the place. The stairs are terribly stained and littered. I use to sweep and pick up after people but I eventually just gave up. The landscaping is just sad. My building has pipes sticking out of the ground which is a huge eye sore. Parking is terrible at night. Sometimes feel like I live in the projects. I can’t wait until my lease ends.l! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else unless you’re in a really desperate situation.
I have loved being a resident at Cambridge apartments. I have been a resident here for four years. I fell in love with the office staff from day one and they have continued to take care of me to this day. The maintenance team is amazing as well. The are very respectful, helpful, and professional. AND don't get me started on my apartment home... the floor plan is amazing! I also love the convenience of my location to downtown, food, and shopping. I have loved my past four yours and will love my future years here to come!!!
Great,clean apartments. Very spacious, not very kid friendly, hard finding somewhere to park after 8 in certain areas, but great staff and apartments.
The community is nice & quiet, most of the time. The apartments are nice but over priced, we find strange insects & spiders often. Management is very friendly, but the parking sucks!! At night I have to park 3 or 4 buildings away from my building & walk a good distance.
