The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Cambridge Apartments
I have been dealing with gnats since I moved in back in October. I have went to management but nothing has been done. The pest controls only comes out on Thursday. I have them in my kitchen sink, toilet, shower, bedroom, living room. I can’t even invite guest over because it’s embarrassing. I have no plants no fruit no standing water anywhere. As I’m typing their flying around. Just killed three !!!!! Stay away
Overall, my time at Cambridge was pretty decent. The office staff was friendly and helpful during my tenancy. Additionally, my apartment had some nice upgrades and was very spacious. While I was there I didn't experience too many problems. My apartment was adequate and addressed the basic needs I had. Most issues were at least addressed once I notified the office. First impressions are very important and the office staff left a positive first impression on me. Thanks,
Where do I start!!? A washer and dryer in the basement that hardly ever work! The basement is dark and extra creepy no one would hear you down there. All the people in the building they should have more than one washer and dryer and it should work! They don't have an intercom system so basically you never know who your buzzing in. One air conditioner in the living room is suppose to cool the dining room living room hall kitchen it doesn't cool anything and god forbid if you need to cook something it becomes extremely hot with no windows to open. One bedroom has nothing but a ceiling fan it gets so hot in the summer my kid can't bare to sleep in there. Maintenance staff sucks! In the winter you slipping and sliding through the parking lot trying to get to your car they never put salt down. They slow to address issues. LAST BUT NOT LEAST.... BUGS!!!!!!!! RUN! ROACHES AND BEDBUGS!!!!!!!
Don't ever come here worst place ever! Very unprofessional staff!
I moved to Cambridge Apartments a little over 2 years ago, I was a newly single parent and very concerned about where I raised my child. After reading some of these reviews on apartments.com I was unsure if I had made the right choice on leasing an apartment here. Well I have to say that minus the bad reviews (which could easily be unhappy residents or even old unhappy residents) I love living here. Since the new Manager Kayla has taken over a lot of things have changed. Things get fixed in a timely manor, the property is looking great (the flowers are always so pretty) The company seems to be putting more time and money into fixing old issues and so on. I must also include the other people that work there, Rhonda ( The assistant) is always friendly and always greets you with a smile. The house keepers keep the hallways and basements clean. The maintenance guys fix things quickly and will even bring big packages to your home if you are unable to lift them! Not too many places have time make their residents feel like family..... Well not Cambridge Apartments they make sure their residents know they appreciate them.
Apartment hallways are constantly flooding with smoke and drug paraphernalia in my building. Management sends empty request and they do nothing about it. There's been more than my fair share of car break ins. Things aren't in the best shape inside the units either. Constant issues all the way around. I wouldn't move here with children especially. You've been warned.
This past week I had an attempted theft of the tires on my truck. They couldn't steal my tires because I have wheel locks so they broke the window to look for the lock (like I keep it in the car)couldn't find the lock so the stole other items in the truck. I call the police and it took over an hour for them to show up. Once I made my police report I made the office staff aware of the situation. At this time I am informed that there had been a recent break in (first I heard of that, you would think the staff would make residents aware of a break in so they could take precautions but NO)and also told that I can't break my lease. Called the corporate office and no response. Don't move here it is obviously not safe. Hopefully I can spare someone from the same type of exprience. I dont feel safe here and will be contacting a lawyer to find out what options I have to move away from this unsafe envirinment.
I moved in 4Yrs. Ago, it was very nice starting out, but each year was different, the first year of renewing my lease it was a $15.00 raise, fine, next year $20.00 ,okay I thought maybe we could get the carpet cleaned or something but nothing, the fourth year, they raised it $40.00 I've lived here 4yrs. Never missed or been late on my rent, but not a Thank you, carpet cleaned or nothing, So this is my last year here at the Cambridge Apts. ????
