The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Calli Village
These apartments were good in the beginning. There isn’t much communication with the management. Some days they don’t answer the phone, and never return calls. Our AC broke down twice within a year of us living in these apartments. There was a bit of a roach problem as well. Workers are all nice. Some of our cabinets broke, and it took them about 3 months to fix them. It’s also a very small space for such a high price. Only place that our kids could play in was the parking lot, and cars would pass by driving fast. Neighbors are really nice, and over all a quiet place to live. Water comes in through the bottom of the door whenever it rains. They “fixed” it, but water comes in every time it would rain. I would call and tell them, and they said that they can’t do anything about it. It made me upset because it was our appliances getting damaged, and management didn’t care.
Excelente lugar para vivir, muy tranquilo y la encargada es súper atenta a lo que uno necesita. ??????
