Property Ratings at Caitlin Station
Great communion action, can’t wait for my jobs transfer down to the south. Management was easy to work with for scheduling clean family apartments I’m excited.
Property is beautiful, residents were the ones messing up the property with trash and so on but new management as of 2019 making the property better but mew manager on site has issues fixing major DAMAGES like the A/C system, and has trouble taking care of basic needs for the actual well being people most importantly you have to stay on her and alert to give give RECEIPTS FOR PAYMENTS ON RENT and water service, property has a tendency for MANAGERS CLEARING UP THE PAYMENTS FRAUDELENTLY AND TAKING OFF, good property bad management when it comes to your money
