We love our place and the neighborhood!! Everyone is so friendly! We are loving all of the landscaping improvements and we can’t wait to use the pool!! I think the best part of living here is the convenience to so many shops and restaurants as well as the two new grocery stores! Yes, traffic is traffic no matter where you live now but I love how we are still tucked away into our own little corner! It is so quiet and peaceful living here!!

Really love the peaceful environment and homeliness of this community! There are events often to bring together residents and it feels friendly throughout! However, the change of branding with no prior notice was shocking. There are also rose bushes in a dog friendly neighborhood that leaves thorn ridden branches, which my dog had to go to the emergency vet due to. There is also the aspect of maintenance requests sitting incomplete for a long period of time. Overall a good place to be but has its faults.

I had alot of stuff broke in the first month, and the yappy dog all hours of the night , and loud people at 1am during the week is a little annoying. Otherwise it's a nice place, I like the events and food trucks.

This place just keeps getting better and better. Friday food trucks, random fun at the clubhouse, this place is pretty fun. Any issues a resident has they fix very quick.

I enjoy living at The Villas at Nexton. It’s a well managed property with beautiful landscaping and several amenities. Maintenance guys are amazing and the front office staff is as well. The units are pricey but you get what you pay for, therefore, I don’t mind paying more to live comfortably.

Living at The Villas at Nexton is Awesome! There is a beautiful pool, out door grilling station, hammocks and a gym. They have wonderful events for their tenants and the location is great!

Hi all! I moved here about 4 weeks ago, and I must say that I love the Nexton area. It is very quiet and clean, with lots of shops within minutes. My townhome is nice as well, with a nice yard and high ceilings. However, I’ve had several inconveniences when moving in. First, I kept getting locked out of my apartment. All the units have a smart pad installed on the front door. I put in several maintenance requests and they would come and say “let’s give it a few days see if you’re still having issues.” While maintenance was friendly, I didn’t appreciate having to be inconvenienced each morning. I also noticed that the place was not properly cleaned after the last tenants left. There was dust everywhere, Cobb webs and the floors were nasty. I have also put in several maintenance requests for my doorbell camera that’s not working, but no one has come. Again, love my place, but wish the maintenance and leasing office were properly staffed. I’d even be willing to get on payroll to assist.

Beautiful community tucked away from the hustle and bustle of CHS city life, but close enough to everything you could possibly need! Pet friendly and super quiet. Highly recommend!

When you go in the office no in is at the desk and you can wait 10 minutes- and even ask if anyone is there before someone comes. The front desk wont even handle simple things anymore, the rate of turnover is getting pretty bad. Simple things that will take less that 5 minutes to fix you will wait months to get fixed. The compactors cant even handle the boxes and other household items people put back there. They need to get bigger Bins, The trash is all over the ground. The grounds need to be taken care of, there are very large holes in the ground with stagnant water sitting. Piping systems running into the ground carrying the water away from the down spouts would resolve that problem. Then rocks around the area- they have done that in front of the main office.

From the moment I visited this community until the day I moved in, I felt such a warm and welcome energy! I cannot say enough about the staff! I could cry thinking about how each one of those ladies went above and beyond for me every time I called or visited or emailed! I wish I could let their corporate office know! The amenities are phenomenal! The grounds are well kept! The smart hubs inside the homes are a major bonus and easy to use! The door bell video cameras give me an added layer of safety! So while others may mention that it’s a little pricey, a different perspective is, it’s top of the line living and you pay for quality! Give this community a chance! You won’t be disappointed!

A very beautiful neighborhood, as soon as you pull up with a nice vibe of the beach. I instantly fell in love when I walked into my loft and seen the setup, and to be directly in front of the pool just makes it that much better.

Approaching 2 weeks & I'm still waiting on my Fire alarm to be mounted , garage walkthrough door lock to be replaced / programmed - toilet paper holder to be attached to the wall , I have no outside lights on ground floor or stairway ... I have no key to my mailbox. Everyone is so sweet and attentive when I'm relaying these issues but nothing seems to get done .

So happy that we rented here instead of the normal stackable apartments. The little bit of extra money is totally worth it and the atmosphere is hands-down top-tier!!!
I have lived here in this community since December 2022! One of the first few residents to move into the back area of the complex. I love my unit and its location and I’m usually satisfied with all the services provided. Unfortunately I’m at this point still waiting for the window screens for my living room area. While I continue to pay my rent on time. And have been promised the screens numerous times. Any help would greatly be appreciated. I also think it would be nice to have a monthly email outlining any community wide events that are scheduled. Kind of difficult to plan when the event email arrives the same day as the event. I know they are posted in the clubhouse but being handicapped I don’t get to the office often! Thank you for providing a safe beautiful neighborhood in which to live!! I do love it here! Thank you!
Response from office is always exceptional ! Terrell was willing to show me how to operate the grill in pool area. I believe that is above & beyond all the duties he must handle!!! Love the Villas at Nexton. We have been apartment dwellers for over 20 years. By far Villas at Nexton is far superior ! Layout of villas work so well
So peaceful, it’s always clean and well taken care of. Honestly feels like our own little town. Maintenance has been attentive and so helpful. I absolutely love it here
Nice place to live. Good people and great atmosphere. The valet trash is exceptional. Super quiet neighborhood. Pool area is the bomb. Cornhole, hammock and grill.
Terrible landscape. Management never answers emails. Calls always go to VM. Rent is very high for what you get. Had to buy my own washer and dryer because their quit after moving in. Garage door almost fell in on my vehicle and took 3 attempts to repair.
Office staff extremely friendly maintenance staff is extremely friendly application process was really easy The landscaping is absolutely beautiful. The pool area is amazing.
The staff is very friendly and helpful and the neighborhood is amazing our place is perfect for us and very convenient to entering and exiting the neighborhood we love that we have a built in security system and don’t have to mount another camera
We came from an apartment on the top floor, the job of opening the back door for my children and dog to run around and get out extra energy is a blessing. We come home everyday a little more relaxed knowing we have that luxury living here.
Absolutely love! They made it so easy to move in and sign our lease!!! The homes are stunning!!! The common areas are so well kept and beautiful!!!

Everything was great the office staff was nice and the community looks fantastic! I have only met one neighbor but he was very nice and helpful.

The office staff has been very helpful. Helped with internet set up and are coming today to help with camera part. So far I love it here. Beautiful landscaping. I just love it.

So far we Love it here!! It's peaceful...quiet and friendly. Far enough away to feel out of the city and have my own little fenced in back patio.

I lived at the Villas for 1 year. We had major issues when we moved it. The HVAC leaked from the ceiling and had to be replaced along with the sheetrock. We had to live in a hotel for 6 days. Our neighbor was taking a shower and sewage started pouring out of the drain and all over his floors. We rented a garage and it wasn't cleaned properly. We had a flat tire and it cost 480 to replace. Now we are living in our new home and it's been 4 months that we have been begging for our 300 dollar deposit. We left the place in immaculate condition. The Villas is ignoring our request. I stop by there and all they gave me was excuse after excuse.
