Smooth move in experience, love my apartment and the neighborhood! Maintenance and office staff have been nothing short of professional and on top of everything! Only cons are the guest parking situation and if you drive an EV, the on site chargers are convenient but cost more than a supercharger :(

Management is very courteous and responsive to residents. Maintenance responds very quickly to work orders/ requests. The location in uptown is highly desirable! 20 minute walk to the Knight’s Stadium, 25 minute walk to Bank of America Stadium to see Charlotte FC or Panther’s, 27 minute walk to Spectrum Center to check out a Hornets game or other entertainment. Don’t let me forget, we are conveniently located in the Mecca of live entertainment in Charlotte, at the NC Music Factory- complete with an outdoor amphitheater, 2 indoor concert halls, a Comedy club, beer garden to name a few. I can’t wait to check out T-Pain next month at Skyla. 10 min walk to the venue, 25 dollar lawn seats with every seat great in the house! When you don’t have to pay to park, or a lengthy Uber ride, why not get out and explore! If you’d rather not walk though, Ubers are very affordable when the cities biggest entertainment areas are within 0-2 miles.

Living here at Cadence Music Factory is quite lovely. It's refreshing to live in a building where the staff works in excellence. I love the location also because I have a great view of uptown and also I'm really close to my job. The building is always kept clean and in pristine condition. I also love that if all the parcel boxes are full, the leasing office will hold our boxes so they won't get stolen. I also really love the events that we have here monthly, that's where we get to meet our new neighbors and the neighbors that have been here for a few years. It really builds a sense of community. I really enjoy living here.

I've enjoyed becoming a resident at Cadence Music Factory. This place has checked all of my wants and them some. The location is great and central to downtown Charlotte and other amenities. The leasing team is also awesome and make the living experience so much better.

Been here for multiple years and overall the experience has been good thus far. The traffic on 277, train and people going to music factory are the only downfall if you don’t like to hear constant noise.

I’ve been a resident for almost 6 months. The staff are super friendly & always go above and beyond for the tenants. The staff does a great job with making sure the community is kept clean and safe. The monthly events are also appreciated and it’s clear that they are well planned and tailored to the residents’ interests. I love it here & would recommend to any of my friends.

Overall, my experience at Cadence has been great. I've lived here for almost 7 years. The noise is something you deal with being right next to 277 and the train if you're on that side of the building. Staff over the past 1-2 years especially has been awesome. I'd say just be more on residents to pick up after their dogs. Seeing the poop gets aggravating. If you're looking for a good deal on a place, like the Music Factory, access to Uptown/interstate, I'd highly consider living here.

The staff are attentive, kind, and do a stellar job of making this building a lively community. They manage the building thoroughly and maintenance has never taken more than 24-48hrs to be completed. Beyond pleased with living here. 10/10 would recommend.

The community is Clean, Keith and Patricia are so professional and friendly. My move was forced and I had been stressing the process but they made it so easy and stress free. Even played with my 3 year old during the tour. Pleasant community and management.

The location is great, awesome maintenance staff, not a lot of space to park unless you pay $75 a month for a reserved spot. My biggest issue with my apartment is the smell. The previous tenant probably smoked two packs a day and they provided an air duct service when I moved in which didn’t really help much. I just wish that they will take care of that in the future.

Lived at Cadence since 2017, great location to walk to the Music Factory or Uptown. Quick to the interstate. My only caveat is it can be a little bit loud on the side of 277, but if you can deal with that, it's a great place to live overall. Management is much better over the last couple years.

I have been living here since 2020. It started off nice, the location is very convenient to Uptown and walking distance from Music Factory which is cool for nightlife. However, over the years the quality of living has declined severely while the price of rent has increased over $500 over 2 new leases. There is constantly dog poop everywhere in the hallways, parking is extremely limited and they blocked off over 20 spaces for “reserved parking” which is about $75 extra. Packages get left out in the mailroom almost every day even though management claims it’s because you didn’t set up a ParcelPending account (I have one). At the cost after my most recent rent increase, I could be getting a much better experience and more space at surrounding apartments in the area at equal or lesser cost. I do not plan on renewing.

I love living here but it’s almost as if management doesn’t want that. Rent increases are higher than ever, parking situation is a nightmare (unless you pay $75 more per month). By the end of this current lease I’m going to be priced out and that makes me sad. I love the location and amenities. The building is kept clean most of the time.

Moving from Michigan to Charlotte with no prior knowledge of Cadence or its location in the city i am very pleased with my decision to sign a lease at Cadence. i dont own a car and that has not hindered my ability to see the city living at Cadence. i am in walking distance of Uptown, Optimist Hall, and the Music Venues. the Blue Line Light Rail is also a short walk way if i wanted to get to South End or Noda.

With the new parking permit , I feel it unfair to only be given 6 reserved parking spots and to only be notified a few days before being enforced, I just recently renewed my lease I’m pregnant nd having my child soon we have 2 cars when I moved here in 2021 now being asked to pay $75 a month which is ridiculous something I wish I knew before renewing lease i called office on 4/26 where I was rudely embarrassed by staff laughing at my concern which is unprofessional I really won’t to just cancel my lease I’ve been here over 15 months rent never late and to get treated like this is very unfair.

Not a safe place. The front gate has been broken since I moved in and when I called they are telling me they are still getting quotes and they are short staffed because of COVID which is everyone’s excuse this day and time. Trash is everywhere. Cups left by the elevator. Packages not put in lockers. One package was out by the front door where anyone in the world could have stolen it, but I actually brought it in so nobody would. Dumpster is so nasty. Trash everywhere and not in the dumpster itself but it looks like it never gets emptied. They care about the wrong stuff at this community like having social things when they should be caring about getting stuff fixed. The coffee machine is always dirty every time I go to it. The grills barely work. The treadmill has been broken for over 3 months. It works, but the screen doesn’t work so who would actually want to use it. I’m just so fed up with this place and tired of complaining and nothing getting done

I love the area and convenience of it being downtown, big spacious living area and walkin closet didnt like the fact about asking about 2 cars on application but only given one parking permit when its a 2 household living .
