The team was exceptional. The staff inside could be a little kinder when speaking to residents. We had some issues with one of them. Other then that, the team who worked the grounds and buildings were the absolute best in every way

I enjoy the smaller footprint of the community, clean grounds, easy parking and well laid out apartments. Community is always quiet.

It is a great location. The office and maintenance staff is wonderful. Amenities are also wonderful.

It is a community that makes you feel at home even if you are actually in an apartment. The staff are exceptional.

I love this community. The teams (office and maintenance alike), the amenities, the location, the actual apartment features & layout, the residents - literally EVERYTHING - I could not be happier! I would not hesitate to recommend this community to anyone looking in this area!!!

CCS is a nice, friendly community that we have been welcomed into over the last month. I have no hesitation in recommending CCS.

Staff has been attentive to our request in the short period we have been here.

Would recommend for the location, apartment features and overall operations and service. Not recommend staying on the main road (Carothers Pkwy) side of the complex due to street noise of vehicle traffic.

Shop around. This is a decent complex but there may be better values for the size and money. Beware apt noise level.

I have first floor apartment with Balcony but there are way too many insects that come into the apartment from balcony area. Also there is no pest control near by the front door, so there are too many spiders, insects by the door that come into the house.

The service I recieved and have previously recieved is always timely, courteous and helpful but I have had just about everything in my apartment break during the 9 months I have lived here.

I have recommended cadence many times. The management and maintenance teams are why we loved it there.

The vinyl flooring is very unattractive. We have lived here for seven months and the hallways have never been power washed or Even swept. We love our apartment but the hallways are really in bad shape all over the complex.

I have a beautiful apartment with lots of sunshine. The office personnel are very nice, accommodating and call me by name even though I'm fairly new here. The grounds are well-manicured. The complex is well-lit and is kept very clean. The clubhouse and amenities are awesome. It's very peaceful here, and I'm so pleased to be here.

Every time I've had an issue, they respond quickly and handle it accordingly. Also, CLEAN.

It's a bit expensive, but that's the area. The only other complaint I have is how there is no padding between floors; I can hear every footstep and that isn't fun.

The landscaping is great. Beautiful grass, trees and paths for you or your pet.

I love the location, amenities, presentation of the complex, and the people who work here have been great. The price for renting is what would refrain me from recommending to live here.

The gentlemen that called me back in a timely fashion was so courteous and polite. He also fixed the door while he was there.

Folks who live there are pretty cool, pretty quite, dog friendly. I don't have a dog here but like the dog friendliness. People actually pick up the dog poop here.

It's peaceful, positive place that suits my needs right now. All of the staff is wonderful.

It's a nice location and seems to be a great community.

Everything has been great so far, from the management to the cleanliness of the apartment and the location of the apartment. The maintenance is fantastic. There have only been a couple or a few nights where the noise level in the apartment below us was bad (I think the couple is having a breakup or severe relationship issues). On the whole, though, the noise level has been great. Everything about this place has been great. I also really appreciate that we are able to have pest control come for preventative maintenance when we put in a request at the office, and the valet trash has been very good too.

Stephanie was able to help us see the differences in the floor plans and determine what was better suited for my needs a d wants.

The staff is incredible so far! Haven't moved in yet, but so far so good. It's very expensive, but, so is that rest of Franklin.

I have witnessed the maintenance workers from time to time doing things on the property and they are always very professional and amicable.

It's very clean community despite lots and LOTS of insects crawling into our apartment. Every day we fight with worms, spiders and stink bugs. Second thing is the noise: the outside AC system situated right by our bedroom window, with makes very loud noise anytime day and (especially) night. Third is the cleanliness of the gym. Quite often I found up to 4-5 inch big clots of dust on the floor. I found it disturbing in the gym, where you are breathing very intensive. Regular wet cleaning will greatly help.
