Moved in a month ago. So far so good. Our move in was smooth and easy and the staff were very helpful and quick with our questions. Ebony is great!
The best place to live in Jax. Amazing building, amenities, and people. Very comfortable, close to everything, quiet, and beautiful. Thank you.
The staff is really trying to improve the appearance of the area but with limited budget till next year, it is not their fault since the owners have given them a limited budget. I miss say the staff is more organized in send out emails and notices about up coming events.
Love living here! Can’t wait to renew my lease! Everything from the clubhouse, maintenance, and vibe of this place is immaculate. They just built a new Publix right by us which is really exciting!
I just move in, so far my experience was excellent, from office staff, Monica and Ebony really help full, area is nice, calm and apartment really comfortable for my needs

Monica and the entire Cadence team are amazing ! They were so helpful and understood my needs and time frame for moving. The area is beautiful and so many different ways from this location to get around to different parts of north Florida. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful all hours of the day !

I love living here! It is so quiet other than the few annoying drivers here and there but overall I love it. I do wish they enforced the valet trash rules a little better, but otherwise, can’t wait to stay!
Great , I’ve enjoyed my stay here for the past year. I would like to add when I first moved in , they played lots of bingo games and movies, but they don’t do that anymore and I don’t feel like that I should have to drive down to Nocatee to attend to any events when they could probably perform it here.
Spacious, Affordable, Quality living and great staff . Beautiful pool and clubhouse. Exercise room with great equipment. Pet friendly. Fast efficient maintenance.
I have lived here for a month, and it has been one of the most comfortable living experiences of my life! I do wish there was a bit more insulation between the floors, as I do fairly often worry about how much noise I am making for the residents below me based on the amount of noise I can hear from above myself, but if that is my biggest complaint, I think everything is fairly well put together!
Enjoy living here the property is beautiful and well maintained. Eddie and his staff handles anything that comes along. They are friendly and quick to handle any issues residents may have. The office staff is available if you need them and answers any questions you may have. I have recommended Cadence of Nocatee to anyone who is considering making it their home.. It’s a quiet and friendly place to live.
The apartment is okay, building 1 is disgusting. The carpets, the walls in the building are chipped and full of dirt and spider webs, just not your average Nocatee apartment
I like my apartment and the staff is friendly. The hallways need more attention. Also, having more information during the leasing process would have been helpful.
Cadence is a quiet, connected community that feels like home, featuring a beautiful community center and a pleasant Florida setting, all within proximity to the city center of Nocatee.
Maintenance team is definitely making an effort to keep the community clean, but management does not make much effort to create a community. No events, and if there are any it's only a handful of times a month. No promotions for food trucks. Use to be able to meet neighbors but now don't really have the opportunity to.
Its a Beautiful apt community happy to live here! Stores are close by and easy to get to Great pool and grounds love the palm trees maintenance is top tier quick to fix things .

I like the smaller community but with all the amenities and cheerful and helpful staff. The apartments are bright and airy with lots of windows and an outdoor balcony. I'm excited to be a part of the Nocatee community too to explore the dog parks, the Town center and be nearer to the beaches.

Several minor issues that can be addressed via Maintenance. However, the washer and dryer in the unit are very worn and have a strong med odor to them. The washing machine was disgusting and had hair and soil all over the inside of it. Management is refusing to put in a new unit and is going to try to replace it with another used unit hopefully in acceptable condition
We are beyond grateful to be a part of such a wonderful community. Awesome staff, and awesome neighbors. Entire experience has been amazing, and we are grateful for the opportunity to live here.
Beautiful property! Colin made the application process smooth and seamless. My kids love the property and love exploring all the amenities it has available.
Overall we have been happy with our experience here. There have been a few issues with dog waste, and the AC, but nothing that hasn’t been addressed by the property management.

Been living her for about 4 months now and so far love the neighborhood and the amenities that are available. One thing I will mention is lack of communication when it comes to maintenance request. Other than that, love living here!
Living at Cadences has been a wonderful experience. I enjoy meeting new people at different Cadence events, everyone is so friendly and welcoming.
Great amenities offered here and the staff are very welcoming and kind. The apartments are also incredibly spacious with many storage opportunities.
It's nice and quiet Green space is severely lacking Nice pool area and lobby. Beverage and coffee is disappointing no cups and seems to always be out of order The gym area is well maintained
We absolutely love living here with all the amenities and spacing size of our apartment. The fur babies absolutely adore the dog park and having such a short walk to the park.
This is a great community, and the management is top-notch and responsive. I highly recommend Cadence at Nocatee. Very close to Nocatee Town Center and gorgeous Mickler Beach.

I have absolutely enjoyed living at Cadence. Not only is the staff helpful and neighbors friendly but as a busy mom I really appreciate when we have food trucks. Or even activities not only for the kids but adults as well. Brings the community together.
I’m enjoying all the perks here, the swimming pool, the gym and the property is well maintained. Not to mention when I moved in the apartment the unit was spotless. When I requested handicap bars in the bathroom it was taken care of immediately. If you have any questions the staff is approachable and friendly and are happy to help answering any of your questions or concerns.
Overall great place! Super clean, friendly people and a very welcoming place. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay!

Only been here 2 weeks but so far it’s a 5! Thank you Monica for the easy move in. The apartments are great quality and I bought an EV car because of the free fast charging right outside my door. Community is very quiet and beautiful.

My experience here has been great so far. Honestly Monica who’s the assistant manager has been a help ensuring us all here to transition from one manager to the next. Whenever you need anything she’s always on top of it despite her work load in the front office! Her attitude doesn’t waver and she’s honestly the face that I would have to represent my company!
It's a friendly and safe community to live in. I enjoy all of the activities and the different trails for walking and relaxing. They have plenty of parks for the kids to enjoy.
Week before last. when i had a maintenance request, my dishwasher had detached from the cabinet. they were prompt and friendly. Ready to assist with any need.
Loving everything so far! Michelle was an amazing representative to get me set up and moved in smoothly. It is clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.
Overall, I’ve been satisfied living here though I’d love to see a few changes. It’d would be great if there were more resident events. It seems they plan for a few and then they are cancelled at the last minute. Landscaping and dog waste has been an issue and (as a dog owner) it’s really frustrating that the warnings of enforcing the policy don’t seem to make a difference. Right now the landscapers are coming regularly but it’s been spotty in the past year without explanation or notice. The constant change in staff is frustrating as well. The amenities are a great perk and the maintenance staff are quick to fix issues. If you don’t like noise, stay further away from the construction site.
The amenities here are great. Dog washing station, gym, and great swimming pool. This place feels more like a resort than an apartment. I can’t wait for the grocery to be completed. That is only a 60 second walk from the property.
