Property Ratings at Cactus Grove Apartments
First of all it seriously needs new management. Not to mention the fact that she is dating and living with her maintenance guy. Also for the 104 degree weather the a/c basically shouldn't exist at this point. Manager Paula is super rude and doesn't take her own words seriously. Says one thing about specific issues and then completely contradicts herself. The maintenance man is vey rude as well and they don't care for your privacy at all. Even tried calling HER management company and even they couldn't help. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR EFFORT ON THIS PLACE.
It's a nice complex. It is very clean and quiet, however the manager, Paula, is bossy. I do not like her attitude and has a sarcastic tone of voice. I do not like having to deal with her at all. The a/c units really need to be updated. It is not central and is towards the lower part of the wall. Like really? We have very hot summers it feels like the a/c doesn't help at all.
The manager, Paula, keeps the pool locked the majority of the summer so what's the point of having a swimming pool if the residents can't go in it? Also, the apartments don't have central a/c and heat. Another issue I had with the apartment complex was the neighbors underneath my apartment were very loud and not so discreet about their after hours activity. To put it simply they left their window open so we could all hear their x rated shenanigans. I didn't appreciate that the moaning was so loud and over exaggerated and the banging shook my pictures. Paula never did anything about it. I had children for Christ sake and I wasn't the only one complaining. Terrible. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I'd say the place should be under new management.
