These are quiet, spacious apartments in peaceful Golden Valley. Close, convenient shopping. Easy drive to anywhere in Minneapolis & west/north suburbs. I’ve lived here 20+ years & give it a thumbs up.
I have lived here for years. The landlords are great, right next to good food, and shopping. Quiet neighborhood. The living rooms are very spacious. If you need to get downtown MPLS, these apartments are conveniently located. I can’t say enough about how much I love living here.
Currently live in a 3BR apartment in a complex named The Copa Cabana Apartments. I have lived here for 15 years and have had few problems. The fact that all the units in the older of the 2 buildings have central air is a BIG plus. Also in the " Old " building there is a central covered garden that remains at least 50 degrees even in the deepest of our Minnesota winters. The are ample closets in these units and access is great since we all have outside doors. Parking is outside but there are garage spaces available at added cost.
