The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Burr Oaks Village Apartments
If you have a work order they will never get back to you. You have to hound them constantly. Also, they do not schedule the repair, they just expect you to be ok with their sketchy maintenance people entering your place whenever they get around to it. Management is super rude as well. Also, certain people who have lived here a long time get away with whatever they want, to include using charcoal grills on their balcony, letting their kids draw on the buildings, having dogs roaming off leash on the grounds, andraving trash bins out all the time. It's pretty absurd and I'm so sick of this place. The value seems good and they'll be so nice to your face but once they have your money and you move in they don't give a second thought to you or keeping your appliances working so you can enjoy your home.
Nice apt for its age. Could use some updates. Quiet and comfortable area.
Rent here if you love dog feces all over. People take their LARGE dogs outside to deficate and, leave the LARGE piles of excrement where the dog (s) leave it. Management does nothing about this nor about the dogs which come to 'visit' constantly with their owners and deficate all over.
Perceived value is good, emphasis on the perceived. Maintenance staff is non-existent and extremely slow compared to other rental properties not in possession of Bielinski. Should be dedicated staff for each rental complex, assisting with off premise duties when time affords, not the other way around. Complex was built in the 1970s it is very apparent that little to no updating has been done on the units. Garages are not securable unless a garage door opener is purchased at tenant expense.
