If you value your belongs absolutely do not lease here. The doors are always broken. The mailroom doors has been broken for well over a year. The front door to the community area is always broken. People will steal your packages. Cars are broken into the parking garage gate is never closed. You will have roaches in your unit. The management and leasing staff are a joke. They can care less about any complaints. Don’t waste your hard earned money on the apartment complex. RUN!!!!

The apartment I moved in to was not clean. Blinds dusty, walls with holes, bathroom clogged and kitchen sink clogged. Baseboards dusty. Floors not clean. Just in general the apartment was not clean.

Worst complex ever - cars stolen, vandalized, roaches, trash never picked up, amenities always broken, packages stolen.

Everyone has been friendly and helpful! Very pleased as new resident.

I love my apartment. It’s nice, quiet and everything i’ve been looking for in a luxury apartment. i see myself here for quite awhile! the office staff are all extremely nice, helpful, and always quick to answer!

It’s an amazing place . I love the downtown view and how it’s designed. It’s very different from other places I’ve been . Very clean , friendly management and amazing architecture. I’m still in my early months but very good so far .

Building is poorly maintained and repairs are not made timely or efficiently.

Leased a one bedroom sight unseen, thinking the apartment would be a great place to call home. Turns out my furniture won't fit and management has been entirely unhelpful stating Im unable to transfer to a larger unit for 6 months. The lease addendum signed by both myself and a representative of their company says 3 months for transfer eligiblility, yet they are unwilling to budge or make an exception knowing I leased this place without having seen it in person. Wish I had a better experience but I'm without a doubt regretting my decision to lease at this property. Very disappointed not only because of the lack of customer support, but because, from a human standpoint, I feel taken advantage of and unappreciated as a tenant having paid a lot more money to this property compared to several other properties who would gladly make my experience as a paying customer their utmost priority. Sad to have posted this, but be warned.

Burnett lofts are very nice, neat apartments. The units were finished with care and the maintenance team responds promptly to requests. Very helpful .

Burnett Lofts or BL is not a place to call home. Hallways are never vacuumed much less cleaned. Trash chutes broken over a year, promised to fixe yet never do. The two tiny dumpsters for entire community always overflowing very trashy. Homeless constantly roaming property area you can high five them from your patio. They dumpster dive daily. One was found sleeping in the dog park. No recycling program. No gym. No store fronts. A nonsecure parking garage nightmare that is NOT safe. BL gave garage floors 1 to 3 to the city who arbitrarily decided to take over the vast majority of parking for no reason which stays mostly empty. Shame on BL. City patrols garage twice a day handing out $55 tickets even on weekends including Sunday Christmas Eve. You can pony up to give the city $660 a year to park on levels 1 to 3 which is not gated. Dozen plus vehicle thefts, vandalisms and break ins documented by the FTWPD and many more undocumented attempts. Property manager rationalizes by saying crime has no address. There is a garage gate past the third floor but it is often wide open or broken. Management allows non electric vehicles to park in EV charging spots so if you have a Tesla you are screwed. Secure building doors are often broken and malfunction. Amazon Hub room has a theft issue. My water sewer bill is 50 percent higher than previous apartment because BL nickels and dimes with 10 different charges and fees. And that bill is never on time either. The apartments are nice inside with features like a Nest thermostat, LED bathroom lights and 8 foot doors throughout. Yet corners were cut. There is no lighting or ceiling fan in the living room. Shocked at how extra thin the walls are as if there is zero insulation. You can easily hear your neighbors when you are two rooms over. Highly unacceptable construction. Hollow thin floors are a stomping nightmare. The office constantly deflects blame, has excuses why everything is broken, is nontransparent about the higher than average vehicle crime rate and has created a hostile environment towards tenants who speak out that expect a better living environment considering the high cost of living here. Unless you want to be treated like a second class citizen look elsewhere.

Great floor plans, great condition, easy access to everything, very walkable to entertainment. On site management team is Excellent!

There is no fitness center, work spa or coffee shop. Hasn't been for at least a year now. It's continuously in work.

Burnett Lofts has been a wonderful place to live. I appreciate the level of security, I always feel safe. Conveniently located down town. We love living here.

Lied to. Not safe. Management is empathetic at times, but they are apathetic to making needed changes.

The Burnett Lofts office team are a pleasant group of people, while also having expert knowledge of the facilities. The ameneties are robust, and there are still more on the way! It’s a relatively quiet complex, but without the stuffiness that I perceive occur in hyper-luxury condos.

Enjoy a friendly and respectful community, high ceilings, excellent staff, and great location right off I-30 near Federal buildings.

This community is extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything is so beautiful It fells like I am at a resort. Kevin and Avery are extremely accommodating and friendly. It could not be better located.

There is no fitness center here. Not sure why they are saying there is. They don't seem to know when that will happen from what i can tell, no real timeline.

I recently toured with Avery, and absolutely enjoyed my tour! I love the building, and can't wait to call Burnett home. I was able to meet the managers Consuelo and Emily. The whole team seems so friendly! The location is perfect and walkable. My job is less than a mile from here, so I have found the perfect spot to call home!

My experience at Burnett lofts has been a mixed bag of Cats. In terms of living here over the past 1 year the level of attention to detail has gone down the drains. What was supposed to be a luxurious downtown living has now been reduced to a cheap motel. The apartment in itself is great and they have a lot of options depending what the renters require and if you are really a person that spends all of their days locked up in their house then you will be very happy with the complex. But once you choose to treat this as it is supposed or be..aka a luxurious living space with amenities and co working spaces, you will be disappointed. The parking garage is lacking mirrors around the corners making every turn risky and a chance for head on collision. Corridors have stains on them and smell weird and haven't once been cleaned since start of this complex. The interiors of the complex look like an unfinished house that's been visited by a home inspector with blue tape on wall and unfinished walls and ceilings in the clubroom.Half of the common doors in the complex keep on breaking at random times and don't function. Now moving on to amenities: The gym is still under construction and the equipment is in the bike room that renders it useless. The courtyard fire pit was supposed to be functional over winter months but still isn't working. At this point it seems like a lot of empty promises and script reading.

Honestly, I had high expectations for a Greystar company. Let’s start with the positive. It’s a brand new building in a pretty walkable area. I like my unit and think it was built pretty well. Now for the negatives. I have lived here almost a year and the gym still isn’t open (they said it would be open in June 2022). The building is not maintained well at all. The front door has been broken since I moved in on and off. This means that we also can’t use the call box. You aren’t allowed a spare key either so you have to go let your guest in every time. I’ve seen a homeless man be arrested for squatting yet they say this is a secure building. There is consistently dog pee in the elevators and stair wells. Over the summer they said they couldn’t leave extra toilet paper in the clubhouse bathrooms and someone defecated on the floor. My neighbor had her door kicked down and was robbed a few months into my lease so I had to buy a camera for my door since there are zero cameras in any of the hallways on my floor. Our parking garage still isn’t secure. I think there are a lot of areas for improvement but looking at the Burnett Lofts websites it’s shocking to see that they’re still increasing rent during a recession for a building that’s been open 2 years and still isn’t complete.

I have lived here for almost a year and have enjoyed my experience. At times things can be slow to start up (parking garage gate, trash chutes, etc.), however these are typical things to expect when moving into a brand new building. Great amenities. The staff is very friendly & helpful, and I am looking forward to resigning!

I love everything about living here; the amenities, the apartment finish out, and the location in the southern part of downtown Fort Worth. The location is perfect for restaurants and bars (South Main, Crockett Row, Clearfork), Dickies Arena, the Will Roger’s Memorial Center, museums (the Kimbell, the Modern, etc.). I can’t think of a better place to live in Fort Worth.

Great location! The apartment complex is built very well. Office staff is very nice

Everything is very nice. However, do not choose an apartment anywhere near the dumpster. It is emptied most mornings very early (usually between 6 and 7), and it is incredibly loud. It wakes me up every time. Management said that they cannot change the location of the dumpster or the time that it is emptied. I have also heard that the apartments overlooking the pool area also have issues with noise during nights and weekends. One other thing to be aware of: the gym is still under construction and the pool and courtyard area is only unlocked from 10AM to 10PM.

I love it here! The staff is so nice and what a fantastic location! Also, the residents are all very nice as well!

I’m a new resident to the state of Texas. Choosing Burnett Lofts was an excellent choice. Emily and Ellie have been professional, thorough, prompt, and made my transition an ease. I’m grateful for their assistance and during the seamless move. The location is great, it’s close to everything including work, the aesthetics are immaculate, and I’m glad to call it home.

This building is beautiful, and management is so awesome! They are quick to respond and are very helpful! I love my apartment; it is truly beautiful! The location is also fantastic, I love how easy it is to have access to the major thoroughfares. Shopping, dining and everything is within walking distance too!

Burnett Lofts is a fantastic place to call home if youre looking for the perfect combination of location and amenities. The staff are fantastic as well, and made moving in and getting settled a low-stress event!

Beautiful building. I love the countertops and bathroom mirrors. I love living here so far, I am excited to see the amenities when construction is complete.
