The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Burlington Woods - Chateaux L'Aiglon
These apartments are really nice on the inside, they have been upgraded fully . Maintenance always comes when you call . They are located in a very convenient location. Sandy the manager is truely amazing . These apartments are just great overall
I have lived here with my family for over 6 years and we love it here. The neighbors are all friendly and I have found management easy to work with.
I have lived here for over 3 years and absolutely love it, Maintenance is on point and will fix things in a timely manner, Sandy in the office is approachable and very nice and caring, you will not find more space in the city of Kettering for the price of rent, the pool is outstanding. Fresh mulch out already.
Management and maintenance were an absolute nightmare as soon as they got my money. In July I have them my deposit for a Sept 1 move in date, the property manager lied to my face for weeks about renovating the unit for an Oct 1 move in date and still was not ready. Now nobody will return my calls, after the property owner signed a guarantee to refund. I only left 1 star because 0 is not an option.
I went here with good intentions of renting a nice townhouse. I was shown a very nice place and at the time couldn't commit. Then went back two weeks later and was ready to rent and was told I would get a different townhouse which I had no problem with. Was told it would be ready mid to end of June. Went back in mid June to see the place and it was so disgusting I wouldn't let my dog live there. There was mold in the bathrooms. Water in basement. I huge hole in basement ceiling. The floor in dining area was so warped a table wouldn't be able to sit level. The inside of the dishwasher had some bad brown stuff in the bottom. The stove was so gross I would be afraid to cook anything in it. There were bugs and ants crawling up the wall. The paint on the patio fence was peeling really bad. I said I couldn't live in this unit and asked if there was another I could get and was told no although there were lots of empty units. Starting looking in empty units and they were trashed also. Management lies and isn't there most of the time. I give it a one star rating only because I can't put anything less.
What can this property offer you? First off there is lots and lots of furniture and old mattresses available by the dumpster for you to choose from. Don't want any more bills sent to you? No problem, the mailboxes are broken and in bad repair, chances are you won't get any mail at all. Do you want to be left alone by management? Again not a problem since management is rarely there and if they are they won't fix a thing for you. How about your neighbors? You will have plenty of them, they are probably the ones taking your mail and if not they may be able to offer you some gently used "items" at a reduced price.
I have been greatly disappointed as a renter here. The manager is completely impossible to get ahold of. Even at the affordable price, I'm not getting what I'm paying for. It started when I came to see an apartment. The manager did not show up because she was sick, and had one of the men that is a painter show me the apartment instead. It took 3 weeks to move in, even though at the start I was told it would be 1 week. When we moved in the plates that cover light switches and outlets were laying around with the screws all a mess ( we eventually took care of this ourselves) and there was trash all of the porch area. The manager said she checked the apartment to make sure everything was working before we moved in, which was a lie. More than 5 things were missing/broken. Examples being... in one of the bathrooms, both the toilet and shower aren't working. An element is out in the stove. Etc. I told her 2 days after moving in what the problems were and for 3 weeks I was leaving voicemails, hearing "I'll stop by tomorrow afternoon", "I'll be there in a few minutes", etc. She never showed up and I was not going to stop trying to reach her until she did. She finally came by with a couple of the things we needed, not all of them. She brought the maintenance worker with her and we showed them what needed fixed in the bathroom. They didn't right anything down or even seem to take it seriously... I gave them 2 weeks to get back to us on when they would come by to fix what is broken and was never contacted. So I called, and went into the office in person, and was told they would come on a certain date. Did not show up or answer when I called to ask when. Surprise. We will see how long this lasts. I 100% do not recommend this apartment complex.
These apartments may have been a good option a long time ago but now they are among the worst in Kettering (which is supposed to be a nice area to rent). They let anyone rent here and trash the place and then leave the trashed places vacant, there is virtually no maintenance done on the buildings or the grounds. Pretty much every fence and gate is broken, the grass is never mowed, there are cars on blocks or with flat tires in the parking lot, screens out and garbage laying around every where. And good luck trying to get a hold of the manager. More like housing projects now rather than nice apartments....kind of sad, actually.
I have been looking for apartments and have been trying to contact this landlord for almost two weeks to no avail. I have called multiple times through out the weeks with no response and even showed up in person to the rental office multiple times and no one was ever there. (This is all during their advertised business hours). The one time someone called me back, we set up an appointment so I could come and look at an apartment. I showed up to the rental office at the time we set up and surprise surprise no one was there. I'm no longer interested in trying to look at these apartments. Good luck to any one else interested in them as you will not be able to get ahold of the landlord
