Burlington Station

When choosing an apartment to call home, it was really important to me to rent from a property that not only provided amazing amenities but also provided exceptional management. Burlington Station provides all that and more. The units are beautiful and equipped with high quality finishes that make living at Burlington Station a luxury. The management and staff of Burlington Station are friendly and attentive to ensuring the property remains clean and safe. The location of the property is also a huge plus. It is walking distance to the Metra station, wonderful restaurants and shops, as well as gyms and walking trails. The property is also very pet friendly, which was a big priority for me.

A great property that is modern, well maintained and provides a warm community atmosphere. Excellent and friendly staff, fun resident events, nice amenities. Great location for those transitioning from city living with great restaurants and shops within walking distance and a 30 minute train ride to the city for us commuters. Highly recommend this property!

I have truly loved living at Burlington Station.  I sold my home in Hinsdale and was not sure how I would cope with apartment living while I figured out my next move. I LOVE IT…thanks to this amazing place. The building, amenities, and location are stellar!  And of course, Cara and Autumu maintain it so well.    It has been SO FUN living here. It is super clean (smells great) and has everything you can possibly need. The same developer has a new building just opening in Westmont as well. I am sure that is amazing too. Everyone that visits me is just amazed with how wonderful this building is…TRULY! And the location is so cool…walk to everything! I wish I could stay but my life is sending me to Florida.

My husband and I downsized to live in a walkable fun community that was easily accessible to the train. We have loved living at Burlington station! The apartment is great but the people are better! Nice community, activities if you want them, management staff is really responsive and friendly. It has been a great decision!

We moved in June of 2019 and could not be happier with the location, amenities, and community feeling. Just a step out the door are the best restaurants in the area. The staff are all amazing and great at what they do. Thank you!

I have been living there for over a year and this community is really a great place to stay. The units are beautiful, everyone is easy to work with, and the amenities are very nice. What stands out is the monthly community events they put on. From book clubs, to super bowl parties, and game nights that are all catered.

We moved to Downers Grove in July and Burlington Station has been the perfect place to call home. Convenient to local shops, restaurants, and the BNSF train as well as the local Farmer’s Market and various community events. The Management Team is always on hand to answer questions, address concerns, or simply greet you with a smile as you walk through the lobby. The amenities are “all that you need” and then some, from the spacious amenities deck to the luxurious club room and the well-equipped gym you will find all you need to expand your living space. The building also has unique community areas including a conference room, billiards room, a relaxation zone, and a coffee break zone. At the end of the day, it’s always nice to “come home” to Burlington Station and we would highly recommend it to others.

We have been living at Burlington Station for about a year and we couldn't be happier with our decision to live in Downers Grove. My wife rides the train every morning and loves the ease to walk out the door and be at the station. We live on the north side of the building facing the tracks and barely notice the trains anymore. The engineers did a great job to cancel the noise from the constant trains.

Burlington Station is the perfect place to live in Downer's Grove. Being from out-of-state, it's close proximity to the train, shops and awesome restaurants, I couldn't have picked a better spot. All of the staff, from maintenance to management are very friendly, knowledgeable and get stuff done! You can't go wrong here.

Burlington Station is a new , contemporary apartment that sets a new standard. The building has large open spaces, wide hallways and a great outdoor space. The outdoor space is open , yet private enough to make you feel at home whether playing with your dog, watching a game on the big screens or barbecuing. You can tell the staff is passionate about the building and its tenants. The property manager and leasing consultants made our rental and move in seamless . They are on site everyday and very engaged with the community. Their approach is very professional and friendly. We found a great place.

Burlington Station is clean, family (& pet) friendly, and just steps from the train (which is great for my commute). The staff are welcoming and know you by first name! Love living here!

Amazing building, amenities and staff! Love living here and would highly recommend! Couldn't be any closer to the train and cute downtown area with great shopping and eating.

We’ve only lived here 4 quick months and have already decided to resign! Every floor is always immaculate, the staff makes it incredibly easy to live here- not only for us, but for our dog, as well ?? Highly recommend this rental!

Everything you'd want in an apartment living experience—beautiful building, awesome amenities and a brilliant staff. I've had my fair share of experiences in both corporate and small-scale apartment complexes, but my time at Burlington Station has been phenomenal. Like in any new construction, there were two small touch ups needed in my apartment. I was surprised by how quickly Edgar was able to fix them after I put my work order in. I've lived in apartments where work orders would go unmanaged for weeks at a time, so it was nice to know that this staff has our back. Cara and her team at Burlington Station have been warm and knowledgable about the building and Downers Grove area since I first toured the building. I feel at home here and I am very satisfied with what Burlington Station and its amazing team has to offer.
