The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Burbank Oaks Apartments
Living in Burbank Oaks was amazing. It’s a beautifully kept building, quiet despite being on busy road, in a nice neighborhood, & walking distance from a Ralph’s, CVS, & many other amenities within the area. Terry & Carolyn are amazing at what they do, they made me feel so welcome in the community for the four years I lived there, I would give them more stars if it were possible because there are truly not enough stars in the sky for those two. They’re quick to respond whether that’s via email, call or just stopping by the office, they are both super easy to chat with & extremely friendly, the best landlords in all of California truly. Any maintenance requests were handled within a timely manner, & all communal spaces were kept clean. The pool is definitely a plus during those hot summer months & it’s such a welcoming space to be in, safe & many kind people live there. Having both Terry & Carolyn living on site is very helpful too, I can’t count how many times I would accidentally lock myself out & it was always so easy to get the help I needed to get back in. All of that being said, I would highly recommend the building to anyone, I truly miss living there, & if I ever moved back to CA, this would be my first stop.
