Open floor plans offer luxurious flow, and interiors, designed by Jeffrey Beers, deliver white and grey marble slab countertops and Scavolini-crafted kitchens with light or dark-stained walnut cabinetry. Shortly after the building opened, its first four-bedroom penthouse sold for almost $18 million. Currently a four-bedroom corner unit with wraparound city and water views, en suite bathrooms and a walk-in foyer lists for $8.5 million. Coffee shops and restaurants are easy to find, including the applauded Harry’s Table by Cipriani, just a stone’s throw away. Even closer, a Morton Williams supermarket is on the ground floor of the building, making grocery shopping extremely convenient. The 59th Street-Columbus Circle subway station is three blocks east and provides access to the A and C trains, the B and D, and the 1. A current tax abatement is available for many units.
