Bucks Meadow Apartments

Excellent place to live I've been here for 1 year only had a good experience maintenance is awesome!

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE, GREAT SCHOOLS, AND LOTS OF STORES ALL AROUND.

They moved the laundry room to a basement that stinks of mold and mildew and is now down a flight of messed up, uneven steps that are not handicap accessible.

Potholes a foot deep everywhere. They do nothing to fix, then raise the rent.

Bad mgmt. Potholes broke my axle they ignore maintenance problems.

They dont fill DEEP potholes in parking lot. Bad.

People that work here are amazing they always listen to your concerns and fix it for you. I love their new upgraded apartment and any time you walk into the office you just get a positive vibe towards them not like other places you go to

Ever since moving into my apartment last year I continue to be very pleased. Not only is my unit an updated model and beautiful but I also love the fact that my unit has a washer dryer and dishwasher. The leasing staff has been over the top helpful and maintenance issues are handled promptly. I used to live here years ago and was very happy to return. I don't plan on moving any time soon !!

Moved into Bucks Meadow 10/1/2016 and it was okay the first couple of months but we had major bug issues every single day until 8/28/2017 and their "exterminator" comes in for 3 mins, slays your kitchen and leaves; he says he has 100 other apartments to do so he can't stay. Jan came and we had mice in apartment 7-57 and all they do is put sticky traps down. They never plugged the holes up and mice came in and out for 2 months until I had to pay $200 for my own exterminator to come in. Once a week maintenance has to come cause the toilet doesn't flush, it gurgles, poor stray cats all over and kids randomly throw them in front of your door.

No property is ever perfect;however, how the handle problems and treat residents speaks volume! I have been here 3 years and have seen overall improvement over the last 2 years. The new girl, Jessie has been an excellent addition to their team. Maria and Jessie are the perfect team, you can see they have control over any and all situations. This place is a better place to live. I have seen overall improvement in the maintenance team as well. Turnaround time on work orders is not as bad either. I would definitely recommend this place. The only down fall of this place, which has nothing to do with the staff or property is the electric bills are a little high, other than that, anyone who moves in should be happy living here. On that note, mind your own business and don't be overly friendly with people you don't know!

Well the parking is the smallest of the issues. It's horrible here. Do not waste your time. It's a dump. Poor stray cats all over the place. Mice! Lots of them. Rodents living in the walls. Plumbing bad. Dirty grounds. Mold a really huge issue. Heating sucks because windows need to be updated. My advise to you is stay away.

Well I have lived in Bucks Meadow apartments for 9 years now. I like it. It's nice and quiet. I live by myself just the way I like it. The neighborhood is nice and clean. The neighbors are nice and friendly. Children play outside and are nice and respectful. I keep my apartment very nice and clean. I hope that you put my name in and maybe I'll win. Contrary to what some may have experience, I love these apartments and have had a good turn around time regarding work orders. The office staff is super friendly and kind. No matter what the issue may be, they always try to find the best solution. Affordable, spacious and great community.

This complex is convenient to shopping, the municipal park is around the corner, and near Interstate 95. The neighbors are friendly, and the area is quiet. My apartment is the ideal size for a single person. The one problem is parking. If I work late, I have to park 2 buildings away because there are not enough spaces for the vehicles my neighbors have.

The apartments at Bucks Meadows are nicely sized but there are many issues you don't see upfront. The positives are there are some very nice people living here who are friendly and helpful. The apartments are nicely sized for the cost. However, the negatives are extensive. Since living here, I have had major plumbing issues and mold. The maintenance men (who are very nice) will come out eventually but they only patch the problems such as paint over the mold. When you call in a maintenance issue, you have to call repeatedly before someone will come out. The laundry area is disgusting! You are leery to put your clothes in the machines. The swimming pool hasn't been open in years. The parking is terrible, not enough spots for the resident and tenants will but chairs in spots so they can save the spot. Also, there have been MANY nights where the alarm system would go off in the middle of the night. Apparently due to some sort of problem with the system. But after dealing with this for a few weeks, no apology or explanation. When you call the on-call number, they don't seem to care that its 4am and there is an alarm blaring and you have to go to work in the morning. It is a shame because the apartments have the potential to be really nice if they would fix these issues.

The Apartment complex where I live is an average and ideal place for starters. Maintenance is sometimes difficult to complete when orders are placed but at least it is a place to live.

This is a good place for people who are just starting out. It's reasonably priced and convenient. Don't expect anything fancy, but, for what you're paying, it's decent.
