The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Buckingham Place
Unfortunately with the new towing company they have hired you won't be allowed to have family and friends over last minute. Now you must get a parking pass during office hours with your guests license plate number. We had two friends cars towed after being parked for 45 minutes during a get together dinner party. The towing company must have spotters waiting for vehicles because they were quick to grab the cars within 45 minutes. They charged three hundred cash for each of our friends cars which was insane because we called within 20 minutes of them picking the car up - we actually beat them to the towing lot before they even got our cars there. Don't move here if you like having people over last minute being they do several rounds a day to check for cars without permits. If your friends and family can't afford a three hundred dollar fee for wanting to visit you then I suggest looking outside the galman group.

There is very very little storage in the townhouses, yet they want you to keep all outdoor furniture, grills, and bikes inside. The place looks abandoned now. They add new rules and constraints, but keep jacking up rent. The dumpsters are always full. Don’t rent here!
My toilet recently broke. Maintenance came by and fixed it while I was out, however, my pearl necklace sitting next to the sink was not there when I came home. When I went to management about this issue, rather than addressing the problem, they were very defensive rather than understanding. Years ago, in another apartment complex, maintenance there had to replace a damaged garbage disposal while I was out. When I came home about $100 in change had been stolen from my change jar in the kitchen. That apartment company addressed the issue and took care of it by giving me a discount on my rent that month to cover loss from the theft. So now, here I am at Buckingham Place with my necklace stolen and no way to get back or replace what is, to me, really an un-replaceable symbolic loving gesture from someone important in my life. Even some empathy from management would have been appreciated. Simply put, don't live here if you expect management to take care of you when such an incident occurs to you.
My two bedroom apartment at Buckingham Place is one of the best apartments I've had. The units are set up like townhomes, so there are two floors. I have a living room, kitchen, dining room, and half bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and laundry room on the second floor. The units also have a small front "yard" and sidewalks. There's a fitness room and a pool, too. My only complaints are that the outside design of the buildings are a little old-fashioned, and there isn't enough parking in front of each unit. I recommend Buckingham Place to anyone who wants to rent an apartment that has the feel of a small house.
I have to say I love this community. People are nice and actually slow their vehicles down when they see children at play. The townhouses are nice but dated. We've experienced several leaks in our master bedroom which is normally patched and painted over. They need to get new roofs and stop the patch work. Overall the homes are a great size but what makes this place is the staff and that includes the maintenance team. The grounds are well kept. The pool is awesome, great fitness center but the kids playground is a bug haven and not fun at all. Also not that energy efficient.
