Quick service response! Maintenance was onsite, in and out, and completed service within about 1 hour of the service request being submitted. No problems since. All around awesome job!

Superb service! My maintenance concern was not urgent. I submitted the request mid-morning, and the issue was resolved by the time I returned from work! The maintenance technician is a "keeper"!

Mr Quick and helpful Very quick and very helpful. Had a smoke detector go off but it was just needing a battery changed.

Beeping Called about a fire alarm beeping even after I changed the batteries. Also asked them to change a light on the balcony. Maintenance was here in less than 30 minutes. He fixed the light and then listened to the beep and decided it wasn't the fire alarms but the CO2 detector. Everything was completed in less than 5 minutes. Great Service.

Excellent We had such a good move in experience quick easy and staff was very nice and very quick to help us with some issue we had after moving in but the place has been great and very quick and peaceful definitely in the weeks living here we are enjoying it

As of summer 2024, I have been a tenant at Brownsburg Crossing and love living here. I’m on a first name basis with the leasing agents, as is my 6 yr old son. We frequently use the pool, the clubhouse, the playground and the dog park. Anytime we submit maintenance tickets, they’re resolved efficiently. Only qualms I have had are environmental related such as pest control… which is completed somewhat regularly and wishing the exterior would be updated.

Great amenities, and a great environment. They coordinate events too every once in a while which are always a blast!

Maintenance I had water leak from my inside ac. Reported it and same day the guys were here and fixed the issue. Super nice and helpful.

Friendly and Helpful The process was straightforward. We had complications with the actual apartment and the original tenants not moving out but Brownsburg Crossing fixed the issues and got us into a new unit quickly!

So far so good. The apartment is nice and the staff is friendly. Can’t wait for the pool to open!

Great visit The visit was extremely informative compared to others I have visited. I really liked hearing that the company uses a flux tool to decide rent. Prices are extremely fair compared to others. Unfortunately i did find an offer rhat was too good to be true elsewhere. But Brownsburg Crossing would be my next pick!

I have been a resident here for over 10 years and love it. The staff is excellent and when I have had the occasional maintenance issue, it was handled quickly and efficiently. I have had great neighbors and as a senior citizen, I feel safe living here and that is hard to find these days. Highly recommended.

It’s very Quiet. I’ve been living over here for at least 5 months. My neighbors are quiet and it’s really a nice area to live at and very close to a lot of things. I like the maintenance they do their job right on time.

I’ve lived here for a while now and I’ve had nothing but a great experience. They’re at your call whenever you need anything and Renita is SO SO sweet and understanding. I don’t want to move anytime soon. Thank you for making me feel greaf about my decision to live here!!

I had gotten a two bedroom apartment with my sister around December last year and ever since then, we’ve been living comfortably with no complaints at all.

Issue was resolved next day when maintenance had time

The Maintenance here is very knowledgeable and friendly. Took the time to do it right the first time.

I had no heat and they came and fixed the issue. However it happened again that night. I did not want to be a bother so i sent a message and they came at 7 am fixed the issue again and i now still have heat. So kind and nice. That is why I like living here

I moved into these apartments in 2019. I am now moving due to personal reasons. Renita helped me get in smoothly and quickly. I was single at the time and she assured me I’d love it and that I would be safe there. She’s been very helpful in my time there. I Only ever had 1 maintenance concern, which was handled as fast as possible and I was given a discount for the trouble. They have great customer service and quick with maintenance requests. I am sad to leave but my time here has come to an end. This is one of the most unproblematic complexes i that I have dealt with. And trust me that’s rare! I definitely recommend! ????

Love the community, love all the new updates and Renita was very patient with me. Before this move, it’s been 6 plus years since I moved and i was nervous. I love my new home and look forward to using all the amenities.

We lived on this property for almost 10 years. This staff is absolutely incredible- they will listen to you and do what needs to get done! Christian, the maintenance supervisor, and his crew gets things done right. Jenn, the property manager, and the ladies in the office are amazing. They do care and that type of customer service goes a long ways! If you are looking for a place, not just to live, but a place to call "home" do not look any further. Home is where the heart is and that is at Brownsburg Crossing! Love you guys!!!

Not bad apartments, but not great either. Unfortunately, at least some members of the office staff have zero interest in being helpful or useful. As an example, the televisions they advertise in all of their pictures of the on-site gym work poorly - or not at all. One simply doesn't have a functional cable connection, and doesn't display anything. The other is stuck on one channel, and that channel can not be adjusted to any other channel. I've complained about this issue to the office staff over the last two months, once or twice a week, and they still can't seem to schedule an appointment with the cable provider to fix the issue. When I complained today, I was told by a staff member, "if you don't like how this is being handled, go ahead and submit your intent to non-renew on your apartment". Not sure in what world that qualifies as good customer service. Also not really sure why they want to lose tenants over something as basic setting up a service appointment. I see it as yet another symptom of falling standards by management. Bottom line, in my opinion, you should look elsewhere for an apartment. Unless you like poor service...

I have been living here for awhile,I have a 3bdrm & love the fact there is so much room i’ve had no complaints, Maintenance is very quick, I dont think I went a day before my issue was done, Jenn is so sweet she takes pride on making things right if I had issues.Overall it is one of my top 3 apts.

Great apartments. Wonderful staff! Everyone I'd very helpful and these are good apartments to live in.
