whatever you do do not live here. There are much better places out there, especially for what you’re gonna pay for here. You can find a much better options out there, especially within in unit laundry. But the laundry room alone is already so dirty. There’s cobwebs in every corner, holes in the wall the floors turn up. The trash in there looks disgusting and doesn’t have a trash bag in it ever. And it’s like they never clean the laundry room ever. Let alone they never open it on time. It says they open at 8 AM. But they never open it until like 12 PM. And it’s very consistent of how inconsistent they are. From the maintenance team to the office team. They are all just so full of themselves and don’t care about doing a good job. Don’t care about the people living there. And just the other day that they had turned off the water and they didn’t notify anybody until the next day. How annoying is that? It’s not the first time they didn’t notify people about something like they never notify people until after they do it. And then also we were paying for a parking spot and then all they had to do was just come and take it. All they said was that they needed it for somebody else even though we were already paying for it and using it and so now we don’t have an extra parking spot so now we have to park far away. And it’s absolutely ridiculous like I was already paying for it and they just stripped it from me. And everything’s so outdated does cockroaches everywhere. I’ve had so many issues in my apartment in the maintenance team never really fixed it so many issues when unfixed and so many issues they temporarily fix until it broke again. It is not a good team not a good management at all. Please don’t fall for these fake pictures of it looking nice cause it’s not. They are so uncoordinated they don’t know what they’re doing and it shows. And not to mention but so many parking issues too and the entrance is so horrible it messes up your car and you cant see cause its SOOO STEEP! But yeah so much more I could write about this place but I hope you get the idea from just this. But please whatever you do do not move in here. They do not care about you and they do not care about the complex. So whatever you do, don’t listen to these fake 5 Star reviews cause I promise everybody I’ve talked to here has said negative things about it.

Living here for many years. It would be nice to not to have to wait for months to get things resolved. It seems like the management puts more money into the outer appearance than what needs fixed in the actual residential areas.

I have always been treated well even with the amount of staff changes. the property is always clean the dog park seems to be popular. there is a lot residents walking dogs and taking kids to play

I have lived at Brookwood for 2 years and signed for another 13mofor 2025. I am in a 1br/1ba unit that is 750sqft. It has a dining room, a sliding glass door in the bedroom and another one in the living room, that open to the spacious patio or balcony. The staff is professional and the property is very well maintained. Highly recommended. Nobody else has 750sqft 1 bedroom apartments in Tuscan. I looked at 46 properties before moving here.

Brookwood is a Great place to live. In my opinion, the Rent is very affordable (1-15 months). Concerning the following; * Location, *Common amenities (Gym, Pool, Laundry facilities and a Fence in Dog Park). Promises are well maintain ( Grass cut, common area amenities well maintained). *Units (Apartment) As I can only speak for myself, I’ve been very pleased. My unit was clean upon moving in. Regardless of a few discrepancies of my Unit ( Apt) upon taking receipt, They we’re all addressed in short time. * Management / Maintenance Staff are co- located on Promise.

The worst manger and place I have lived. 11 months later stuff still not fixed

BROOKWOOD is a perfect apartment community to live in. I have lived here for 8 years now due to the overall satisfaction BROOKWOOD has provided me.

The front office staff is always quick to find me a resolution if I have an issue. They make you feel like you matter as an individual which is really nice!

Great location within Tucson. Area and Complex are kept clean and serviced. The Rent is affordable. The pool, gym and parking accommodations make Brookwood a real nice place to live. The Staff here are very helpful and Professional.

Resident since 2019. The community is not well maintained. The washers and dryers are often broken. The pool is not cleaned and becomes green every year. My working air conditioning was uninstalled because the apartments chose to "upgrade" my unit. I still do not have working air conditioning 51 days later. I get no notices about maintenance showing up. The apartment has had not been updated with anything new besides a non working air conditioner in 5 years.

Brookwood apartments are not the place you want to be. The management are rude and unprofessional. If you need to work out a rent situation because of health issues the manager well make you feel very small, by tellling you "it's a pattern and it's habitual". I have been here for 4.5 years. The last month were awesome. Not these guys. You pay a lot of rent but nothing is being upgraded to match what they are asking.

Beautiful community. Decent amenities; dog park, laundry, covered parking. But maintenance response and management response are lacking.

Management is terrible and will not take accountability for anything that goes wrong. Head office woman does not care about residents that live here and she cares to make not accommodations for the poor experience

The complex is amazing , however the building is very old. I’ve had 7 floods in under 5 years. There’s hardly any maintenance on site and the office people get changed out so often it feels like they don’t know what they’re doing.

After almost a month at Brookwood I don't recommend it. During my initial walk thru I was told that certain things would be fixed or taken care of. To date I don't have the safety locks on my sliding doors working, no key to my mailbox, and I'm waiting for maintenance to get the electrical outlets working in the kitchen. The office staff and maintenance people are extremely nice but there aren't enough people working here to maintain the complex well.

Apartments are fantastic, communication is terrible.

It is very spacious and has balconies and yards for those who have dogs and/or cats the people are friendly n staff is great

Lovely property with well maintained grass, tall trees for lots of shade and a large, clean pool. Private balconies with visiting butterflies and hummingbirds. Cooking smells spread between apartments but not a big deal, actually kinda nice for reminding me that I'm living in a community. Sound proofing in walls is better-than-average, apartment feels comfortable and private. Super pleasant office staff.

Our time at Brookwood has been enjoyable. Even when we've had problems with incorrect late charges, Liz was able to remedy this situation. They're always available when we need them. Definitely a good group of people in this complex.

Brookwood provides a tranquil environment throughout the community. Residents feel the sense of community with each other and welcome one another. There are a lot of long time residents. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and very well kept. Brookwood doesn't gouge you on price which is so important. We all need affordable living and they provide a beautiful place that you feel comfortable in for an affordable price.

The maintenance team at Brookwood is currently the best team in over a year. ??

Terrible Management. Constantly violating tenant Privacy. Constantly making excusing to enter apartments such as: replacing smoke detector batteries... it is NOT necessary to enter apartments for a battery.. yet this is a favorite excuse they use, just to violate tenant privacy. Terrible Community Manager.

It has only been a couple days since I moved in, but I love it. It doesn't feel like I am in just another apartment, it feels like I am home. Normally I would be annoyed by my last sentence, I don't talk like that, but it just feels different, better here. Everyone is so nice here, even towards my dog. So far it has been better than expected.

Brookwood is a wonderful place to live. The value for what you get and the location are unbeatable. The community at Brookwood and the staff that work in the office are all so kind.

Brookwood is a wonderful place to live. I have lived here for nearly 3 years and I would not move (just signed a 12 month lease) if it were not for the fact that I am getting a house built next year. The staff here are second to none. They are very professional and care about the residents here. I highly recommend living here.

I have renewed 5 leases here because I truly enjoy living in this outstanding community. If a maintenance problem arises which has only been a few times in 5 years, it is handled and resolved quickly and to my complete satisfaction.

Have been living here 6 years, The location is close to shopping, buses and hospital. The owners take very good care of the property, the grounds are beautiful, the pool is perfect, and the gym equipment room was a great addition. I love it here.

Brookwood Apartments offers an affordable living space while also making it higher quality than expected. It's got great features, management is easy to work with and timely, and overall, I have quite enjoyed my stay here at Brookwood so far.

I Think that Brookwood Apartments has an excellent staff and awesome maintenance crew. I have lived here for two years and I plan on renewing my lease. Awesome place to live. The amenities are great...large pool, workout room, multiple laundry facilities, dog walking park, security at night, back yards for downstairs, and upstairs covered patios. Brookwood apartments are also well designed for optimum use of space. The look spacious.

It's quiet here and the staff have treated me with respect, honesty,and dignity.The maintenance staff are efficient in repair while maintaining a clean environment.

Brookwood is a terrible place to live. I hate it and I cannot wait to leave. They will raise your rent to absurdly high rates every single year, without any improvements made to your apartment, in any way whatsoever. They raise the rent simply because they are allowed to get away with it. Scummy business tactics.

Moved out in june. Staff rude,abnoxious, totally incompetent. Dog poop,pool and definitely jaquizzi sketchy although pool area looks nice in photos,our washing room always had washers out, maintenance is bad,noisy, residents cars towed because of vindictive staff driving about checking car regs, overflowing rubbish due to needing more bins I could go On forever. Worse bit is the staff. They must handled my move out invoice and sent it to a collection agency and now it’s on my credit record so so happy where we live now can’t believe we stayed so long in that dump.

The office staff does respond back quickly. It says on their lease that no marijuana smoking is allowed. My apartment reeks of marijuana 24/7. I've complained to the office but they can't do anything. Their laundry room is dirty, smelly and hot. They have a wall AC unit but it does not work.

I love it here. The apartments are pretty nice, the pool rocks, and the staff here are exceptional! I was up against the clock moving in and against the odds they made it happen. During the process I felt like I a person and not just another customer. Since I moved I can say that this place is pretty chill. I'm grateful to the staff here and the pretty blonde lady who was working with me.

One year ago I sold my house, I moved into Brookwood Apartments 6 months ago. I had to fix more things to sell my house but when I moved in here there were only a few little things. The management and Maintenance team resolved everything beyond my expectations. The walls between the apartments must be well made, insulated and sound proof. I never hear my neighbor's and they are always home. I am thrilled that without asking the management tuned up all the air-conditioners, cleaned and sealed all the air flow ducts. The pool is a nice place to relax and enjoy with your grandchildren and great grandchildren. The location is very convenient with bus lines intersecting at Kolb and Broadway that can take you all over Tucson. My family and friends are so very critical about stuff. They love this place and are thrilled I found a wonderful place to call home. My apartment is a 2 bedroom on the second floor. The rooms are larger than the rooms in the house I sold. It's a nice place where everybody minds their own business yet smile and say, "hello". Of course I recommend it to anyone who is normal, seeking peace, tranquility and safety. I know that I am getting more than I bargained for with the rent I pay. It's a nice place to live!

I would not recommend this complex to anyone. The year we have been here (we have recently moved) has been nothing but bs coming from the management office. People rarely pick up after dogs, not to mention the "dog park" is filled with cigarette butts. Our neighbors were horrible and I actually had to call the police on them multiple times (once leading to a court hearing I had to miss work for). The duplexes to the south of the complex are terrible as well (nothing Brookwood can do...in their only defence...) however they listened to very loud music only on weekday nights into the early hours of the morning. Inspections are never done on the day they say they will be then they blamed us for not having the appropriate accommodations (If they had come on the day they were supposed to this wouldn't have been an issue). We have also found things missing after inspections that we simply attributed to us misplacing and we would find them during our move. As we have not found some of them we are starting to think that they weren't simply misplaced. The cops are always there for one reason or another which was one of the deciding factors in us leaving as I didn't feel safe being home alone at night while my spouse was at work. There's a small group of people who at least once a week pick through the dumpsters and management does nothing. I've begun taking most of my garbage (at least the sensitive info) to my place of business to shred there rather than here. It takes forever for anything to get fixed. About a month before our move our sink stopped draining and the disposal stopped working. We informed management and nothing was done, so for the last month of our lease we were unable to use the kitchen sink. I really don't recommend this complex to anyone, especially those with a family (i.e. small children). Overall it is not a safe complex and very over priced. For what we would have paid for a 2x2 apartment here, we found another complex with 2x2 with in unit laundry (washer and dryer included) and dishwasher, as well as 2 pools and a 24 hour gym and included covered parking. There are definitely better places to live.

I have lived her a short time, although its been fantastic. The management is great as well as maintainance, being helpful and timely. I recommend all family and friends to move on in.
