The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Brookwood Terrace Apartments
I have lived here for 4 years. The management responds very quickly to any request. The sound of children actually laughing and playing outside is a delight. This also lets you know that it is a safe space to raise children. BROOKWOOD Terrace also encompasses a bird sanctuary governed by TWRA. Even though it is in the city the singing of the birds gives you a country feel. These apartments are conveniently located within walking distance to Walmart, Dollar Tree, several restaurants and the Rover bus line. The property is well maintained as far as trash, grass, extermination & cleaniness even in common areas. The MPD patrols daily adding to the safety of the premises. I have nothing but PRAISE 4 BROOKWOOD TERRACE.
I like my apt and the town and the neighborhood not the management .
