Rude staff
I have not lived here but recenlty went to look for one bedroom apartment. The leasing office staff was rude and not welcoming at all. The lady made it seem that she is doing a great favour by answering my basic questions. I guess she just wanted me to go. Never had this kind of experience. Although the model apartment I saw was nice. I filled the application submitted the screening fee and they didn’t approved it for 17 days and I cancelled it asking for refund they said no refund because you need to cancel in 1 day of filling the form! How is that possible you cannot proceed because you are not approved and same minute they are not releasing the approval and not letting you cancel! Either they need to deny it in one day so the person know about it. After 15 days no response from them and I cancelled and asking for refund before the approval and they are saying no refund because you didn’t cancelled the application with in one day of submitting!!Rubbish !! Paid $409 just for screening and never hearing from them for 17days no answers to call or message or email. Even cancelled the application before they approved still they did not refunded. Please beware of this rule they have which says cancel on same day of filling application if you want refund doesn’t matter you approved or not! And we all know screening is minimum 2 day process. So think thrice before filling. No refund is the rule! They will not give money in any case.

Mailboxes broke, won't get letters
The property has multiple mailboxes broken and not fixed for more than 5 months. The manager doesn't know when it will be fixed. Always the same response. Missing so many important mails and government documents. Have personal and financial impact because of missing documents. Management doesn't understand the importance of having mailboxes. Frequently need to go usps to chase my mail on working day which is not possible Always. Frustrated and disappointed on the same response.
