Office staff writes fake reviews about themselves. If U write a negative post, they will report you to get it removed. They don't enjoy freedom of speech.

Madison was my friend tour guide for today she was so sweet and understanding, but not only her the whole staff on shift made the whole process welcoming. I wasn’t even coming for an apartment and they made sure I was in the conversation too nobody was rude it was a pure act of service that wasn’t being rushed. If I had the money to move in I would due to how the staff carry themselves and the complex. Let’s not disregard the upkeep either it’s beautiful and worth the pay.

Tamera gave us a tour and she was wonderful! We felt so welcomed by her and she answered all of our questions with transparency so that we could make the best decision for our family. The entire property and office was well kept and we felt right at home!

All of our experience has been with the new management and team, so we can’t speak to the old staff and policies. However, every interaction we have had with them has been WONDERFUL. We were making a big move and they made sure the apartment was ready for us on schedule…actually a few hours early. The apartment’s cleanliness was IMMACULATE. There were a few minor issues with the apartment that we needed maintenance to come and fix, but they fixed them IMMEDIATELY and some issues are to be expected when they are totally renovating all the apartments and grounds. The staff has always been prompt and very polite when answering questions. They gave us some wonderful homewarming goodies as well. We loved our last place we lived in but it was much larger so maintenance and staff could take forever helping you. It’s nice to have the same quality of apartment as a larger complex while being taken care of as if it were a much smaller complex. We narrowly missed a rent increase deadline when applying, so we were worried the rent would be much higher (our old place went up almost $50 every year), but we were pleasantly surprised by how reasonable their simple $20 increase was considering the current market—and it’s much less pressure than the surrounding competitors that have their rates change day-to-day. This place is on the way up! Can’t wait for the new pool to open and the new fitness.center expansion!

We are so glad we moved here! Everyone at the office is really helpful and they have taken care of any concerns or questions that we have had right away. The place is really quiet and everyone that lives here is really nice. I love all the events that they plan to get everyone in the community involved. And I loved the little gift box that they left for us when we moved in ??

I recently moved back into the area and I was struggling to find somewhere that was nice and also had enough room for all of my things. When I came to Market 1900 and found out they had a ton of closet space, big living rooms, and were doing renovations, I had to sign right away. I can't wait until I move in!

Since the new management has taken over this is a awesome place to live now. Before the new management came I was ready to move. Now im just so excited to be a part of this community. They are so professional about everything. This is truly a good place to live.
