Property Ratings at Brookstone Apartments
After getting new management and new people, Andrea has been so kind, helpful, and understanding. She helped me through the whole application process and got paperwork done fast. Maintenance was fast during the winter seasons for updating and replacing everything in my new townhouse. I’m new to living here but I love it. Couldn’t be any happier. I don’t hear the neighbors, and it’s quiet. Everyone has gotten back to me in less than 24 hours. It’s a gorgeous view and such spacious living quarters.
I would never recommend this complex, let’s start off by saying management and maintenance are terrible for the complex to go up on rent, they need to change things in and outside of the apartment. Kids running around with no supervision walls are thin as paper. Leasing agent never answers the phone and she’s very rude to everyone. Poor place to live!!
These apartments are great. they offer many amenities and nearby shopping. however you have to be basically poor to live here. They give you all these great perks and reasonable pricing just to tell you, you make too much money to stay here. RIDICULOUS!!
