Brookside Manor Apartments

I lived there for about 4 years. Laura the Property Manager, has always gone over and above to help me in the littlest and the BIGGEST issues, I have brought to her attention. Now for the Maintenance guys.. one word AWESOME! From experience being a Property Manager (CAM) in the past, there is always going to be issues on the property, the BEST way to handle the problems is to have a GREAT on site TEAM. This complex is one of the most peaceful properties I've lived at. Very quiet and comforting. The staff is extremely kind and accomodating. Maintenance is hard working and the women in the office are professional. The office recently got remodeled and it is so beautiful and modern. I love it here.

We've lived here for nearly 2 years now. We moved here from Colorado and lived in apartments there as well and comparatively speaking, these apartments are far better. In comparison, these apartments are more like a resort than what we were used to. We walked in to a newly renovated unit with new flooring, appliances, paint and everything worked - especially the A/C. If you are in need of a great apartment experience, you owe it to yourself to check out Brookside Manor Apartments.

Upon moving in, I discovered that the apartment had not been properly cleaned, and clearly the property manager had not checked to ensure the place was ready. In addition to stains and grime being present in the cabinets, and food chunks inside the microwave, the smoke detector outside the kitchen was completely missing, and there was a roach infestation. Otherwise the property seems very nice.

Lots of amenities, friendly neighbors and great management! Maintenance on site and always available whether it's a little problem or a big huge gaping hole in the ceiling! I love living here, have been here for 3 years and will remain here indefinitely! Love Brookside Manor! :)

I enjoy living here and just signed my second lease for another year. They are nice and the maintenance requests are complete in a timely manner. This area is safe and the amenities are decent. A long as the price remains low for a one bedroom, I will continue renting here.

I'M HERE FOR MY 2ND YEAR AND EVERYONE IS LIKE FAMILY IN THE COMPLEX. MANAGERS ARE VERY HELPFUL AND RELIABLE SAME WITH MAINTENANCE MEN. PROPERTY IS CLEAN AND NEAT. I ONLY WISH THEY WOULD HAVE MORE FREE SOCIAL EVENTS LIKE THEY DID LAST YEAR... I MISS BINGO, PATIO PARTIES ETC. THANKS JA

I find this community to be very desirable , quite, near all shops, very convenient to most of your shopping needs. It's upkeep is consistent . It would be the perfect place for someone relocating to this area , in and overall word it's the perfect place one can call home.
