      The move in process with Brookside 112 was outstanding. We first toured 3 apartments with Makayla and she was awesome. Very well spoken, knowledgeable, and respectful. My fiancé and I were her 3rd tour during her first week working at Brookside. The move in and leasing process was so easy and all our questions were answered right away.

      Good so far but with how many fees you have to pay on top of rent, designated parking should be cheaper and I hope all amenities such as the pool will be up to date and working during the on season. I’ve read reviews saying this has been an ongoing issue.

      In cost rent times Brookside is more reasonable. Washer/dryer and appliances mae it ideal for one who does not own. Upgraded gym a big plus. Office and maintenance personnel are friendly and provide great suppoet!

      The leasing staff at Brookside 112 is the best of any complex I’ve ever interacted with! The staff is extremely helpful, polite, and available 7 days a week. We have enjoyed our residency thus far. The complex’s community seems good, however I can’t vouch for everyone as the community is very big and spread out across several blocks. My only complaint is the lack of clean up from residents with dogs.

      This is an amazing place to live and a wonderful community. From the BBQ area to the pool and gym there is lots to offer by Brookside. Living here feels like an upgrade.

      We have lived here almost 5 years and in the beginning everything with the staff and property was great then it started going downhill with the staff and the property. They charge you for the amenities when not all residents use them. We have never in 5 years been to the gym or the dog spa and the pool is only open half the year. The complex used to do things for holidays and have a summer pool party every year and this year there was nothing. No easter egg hunt, no pool party. Those were things we looked forward to every year and the staff was always involved and it felt like a community you wanted to be a part of. After signing a new lease this year we wish we didn’t.

      I love the central location and the office staff is great! There are amazing extra resources to help make moving/renting easier (jetty and flex) and the amount of birds chirping and squirrels playing makes my heart so happy! No parking issues either and the neighbors have been nice too. Super thankful to have found this place!

      Emails and notices are sent out about people racing through the parking lot but the message doesn't seem to be clear enough or people just don't care. It just doesn't feel that safe and I had done my research before moving here but apparently I got it wrong. And the maintenance crew has definitely gone down hill, like they don't care about their job. There used to be a couple of maintenance guys here that were real nice and actually got stuff done but I've noticed a constant turnover. I moved in here during Covid (when they were finally trying to open businesses) so I had to do my own inspection. This place had several issues, that I addressed but was never fully taken care of. This apartment is so outdated, especially for the price they charge.

      Great place to live. Resonably priced against the market. Great office and maintenance staff! (The maintenance team actaully responds in a timely fasion for issues like minor plumbing inconveniences or tripped circuit breakers) Love the onsite gym with weights, rowers, e-bike, and elipticals. Onsite parking is relatively convenience and covered parking is not too expensive. Very close to 205 and 500 as well as a Safeway down the road. Also, some apartments are newer and some are older, but all are funciotnal to fit a variety of price ranges and convenience needs.

      Really is a fantastic place, many trees, greenery, flowers, bushes and overall a unique hidden gem is awaiting you, walkways are nice, great for taking regular walks/runs safety has gotten better with metro watch and addition to security cameras(if you are afraid of cameras u shouldn't move here, I have nothing to hide so I love the security systems in these times), easy accessible to major roads.

      It’s a wonderful place to live, pretty much quiet and not to much traffic either. But the dumpster with the RATS freaks me out! Something needs to be done about that. Otherwise the staff, security and maintenance people are very nice and helpful.

      Brookside is a large community with it's own set of issues. However, management and Greystar do their best to address and resolve issues that arise which is inevitable in such a large community. If all Brookside 112 residents work together with management there is nothing that can't be addressed and resolved here. In my experience here maintenance staff is on top of issues regarding repairs or the community property issues. My experience has been a positive one. I have noticed when occupancy goes up community issues go up but so far they are resolved quickly and professionally. So..thank you!
