I've been living here at Brookfield for 5years now and would like to say that management has been very helpful and would like to give a thumbs up to their communication response. Communication is key to getting things done. Thank you for getting things done in a timely manner.

Front office is slow and never answers the phone. Maintenance guys are sweet and try their best but can take a while to fix something. There are people breaking into cars and stealing cars at the apartment complex and management hasn’t done anything to stop it. The water is off at least 3/4 times a month for maintenance. The dog park is full of poop and there’s roaches. The exterminator just sprays whatever and leaves but doesn’t really do anything other than walk along the walls of the apartment. There’s never any visitors parking because residents park there. My neighbor has at least 12 people leaving in the apartment and are forever smoking outside my window. The apartment complex is cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t recommend it.

This is a great area to live at. Great management and great maintenance services.. only problem is noise neighbors. And the smell of sewer by the entrance.
I have been at this complex for over 5 years now. I have enjoyed the location of the property for the convenience and access to surrounding restaurants, shopping, exercise options, easy parking, care and property maintenance. The rent seems fair according to surrounding market value. AND! During the recent unexpected freeze, my power or water never went out! THAT was amazing! Overall, I have had a very good living experience at Brooksfield!
I have lived here at Brookfield Apartments for some years now and I have never had any problems here. It is a very nice complex and very well maintained.
Complex well clean, maintenance responds accordingly, and administration is professional.
Management: Very professional and kind ladies. Lauren and Yvette are awesome! Maintenance: Charlie and his staff took care of my bees nest right away...I am extremely happy to call Brooksfield home! 5 Stars
My mom and I have been overwhelmed by how nice and welcoming everyone is here. The maintenance man Rick is awesome and Yvette and Lauren from the office have been extremely helpful with the move in process.

The application process and move in was smooth and easy. Its been a pleasant place to live and the price is very reasonable. The office staff has been really friendly and Im glad I moved in.

Brooksfield has been my home for the past 10 years. I love it here! No problems, staff is great and any maintenance problems have always been taken care of in a timely manner. I believe Charlie (maintenance) has been here the longest and he is always prompt and gets things fixed the first time. Thank you!
I have never experienced such ridiculous policies at an apartment complex. They tried to sneak in a $50 fee when we paid our first month's rent. They charged us a $580 re-letting fee when we gave our 45 day notice. They also charged us to professionally steam-clean our apartment, even though there were no stains and we cleaned it when we moved. The laundry facilities are terrible at best. My clothes were ruined on two occasions and often would come out of the washer smelling terrible.
