Brooksedge is a wonderful clean community. We love it here, the ENTIRE STAFF is amazing and very friendly. I love the reminders they send out for special events that they do for us. I have attended them all and had a great time meeting other residents that live here. Looking forward to the Christmas party this year. Also I thought it was so thoughtful that one day they were passing out hot breakfast to residents that were leaving out to go to work. I'm not sure about everyone else but my/our experience here has been nothing but positive and we love it here. GREAT JOB!!!

Quite and safe place for raise a family and the school is good
I’ve renewed my lease again because I really like this place. Landscaping is beautiful, convenient location, and diversity of people makes this place my choice. Shout out to the maintenance team - they are the best!

I could go on and on about this wonderful community! The staff is great and always friendly. The grounds are well kept and I love the news letters and these platforms to express myself. I would definitely recommend Brooksedge to anyone looking for a nice community to live in.

Very quiet and clean place. Smoke free environment and no pest problems so far! Loving it!
Year number 4 at Brooksedge and I still enjoy living here. I look forward to the landscaping skills every spring - they do a beautiful job. The complex keeps the buildings and breezeways clean with power spraying. Trash is picked up around grounds in the mornings. Maintenance team is the best. I really can’t say enough about this place. Location wise - plenty of restaurants and stores within 2 miles, walking/jogging/biking trails right in front of us. Good place to live.

Brooksedge is a complete breath of fresh air for us. I/we love the community interaction and the friendly staff. I recently had surgery on my hand and was having a hard time locking my door. I went to the office hoping someone could might assist me. I was so happy that my request for help was met with no fuss she walked over and helped me with no problem and continued to offer me help if needed it again. She also called to check on me days later to see how I was doing. I love the fact that the staff cares about who lives here and try their best to make it a safe and comfortable place for everyone. I love the news letters of community events that go out, or the letters that go out voicing people's concerns in the community which tells me they are listening. This will be our first spring / summer here and in looking forward to it HOPING it remains calm and not hazardous like at my other place. Brooksedge team wonderful job!!!

Brooksedge is a WONDERFUL place to live. The staff is wonderful and I love the community interaction and the different things they have at the office. I use to think the staff typed these things in the reviews especially when they say all the good stuff but I'm far from staff I'm a happy tenant and me & my husband love it here.

Brooksedge is a very clean, friendly and safe complex. I’ve been here for a few years and plan on staying for a while because it is so convenient to walking trails, stores and freeway. I’ve never had a problem with people who live here - even the teenagers seem to be good kids. Lol. Maintenance staff is spot on - always take care of service requests quickly. I appreciate the staff we have here.

It really shows how much this complex cares about its residents. Recently, the rough patches of our parking lot was paved. They repaired our compose bin pretty quickly. They are super nice and always host events for us. Maintenance requests are handled effectively and efficiently. And when I have an issue, they don’t hesitate to resolve it. So tbh, I have no complaints and that’s the first time I was able to say that about a complex I stay in. Thank you for everything Brooksedge!!!

My name is Porché. I used to live here a few years ago. I wish I would have never left, I’ve had to go through SO many trash places and people since. This place was perfect! Great space for a great price, so convenient and conveniently placed, great staff, never had to worry about pests, or loud neighbors. They accommodated me with an handicap space with no issue, The grounds were ALWAYS clean and everything was just perfect! We plan on moving back very soon. Fingers crossed I get to go back home! :)

I love to live in this community, peaceful and safety.
Nice place to live. Quite, safe and easy access to bike trails. Great location easy to get in and out of complex.
I live in this place for few months and l love the place so l feel comfortable at my apartment.
I enjoy living at my Cortland residence. The 1 floor living is awesome...especially when you have mobility issues. LOVE the counter space in the kitchen and the actual dining room..it's not just a small space to put a table in, I also have room for 2 cabinets in mine. Management and maintenance are great!
The entire team at Brooksedge are amazing, they make sure all of our needs are addressed in a timely manner!

I love living at Brooksedge! The apartments have plenty of room...I have a main floor apartment, which works out great for me and LOVE the trash pick-up service. The ladies at the front office are always so nice and helpful, as well as the maintenance team.
Great team to deal with. Maintenance is terrific - immediate response. They work hard to keep the complex clean. Wish tenants would do the same instead of just throwing stuff around the place.

I love living at Brooksedge Apts. They are spacious, plenty of counter space, along with a separate dining area, where most places have a very small space for a table only. A large main bathroom with a 1/2 bath also, is great. If you're looking for a place with no stairs, this is the place to look!
I really enjoy living at Brooksedge. It is relatively quiet for a complex and very convenient to stores. Of the two times Ive called for maintenance service, their response time was very fast. Grounds look beautiful.
Very nice service staff and office team. My only objection with this complex is the number of vehicles allowed per tenant. A lot of tenants have 2 cars, however residing here we are forced to get rid of any vehicle over 1 max
I have been here almost a year and am very happy with my decision. LOVE the 1 level floor plan, great kitchen counter space, large main bathroom and sizes of bedrooms. The office and maintanence folks have all been great! Plus I'm close to restaurants, stores, banking and post office.
With any apartment community, there will be things that you may not like or enjoy. With that being said, my overall experience living here has been good thus far.

It is an absolutely beautiful community, a nice "bark park" and a park that your child/ren can safely play at near the comfort of your home. The apartments themselves are absolutely beautiful and perfectly laid out.

Great place to live!!!
Been here almost 3 yrs and this is a great place to live. Spacious, new appliances, modern feel, well-maintained in/out, great location. They have been more than kind and accommodating with every interaction. They follow up quickly on concerns and service requests. Carolyn does her best to resolve any issue and so does the other staff. Love the flexibility of being able to move to another site if you need to without paying a new deposit etc. I recommend! Keep up the great work Cortland/Brooksedge!
