Property Ratings at Brookhollow
I lived in this apartment for 14 years now. When I first move here, under a different management it was good and they tend to your needs right away if something needs to be fix in your unit. But, as time goes on under a new management this place sucks and does not care about the tenants needs. These are just some of the complains that I know that it takes forever for the maintenance to come to fix something in your unit. So maybe that's the reason that there is a lot of vacancies right now at least 20 unit for now and more planning to move out because that's their complaint the rent increases every year but the services is crap . So think beforyou move. There's a lot of other apartments that are cheaper than this place.Believe me , I've been calling the office to fix something on my unit , but until now nobody gives a shot. It's been a month already. Because this new management just care about the empty units that needs to be fix , but the ones living in this apartments that pays every single month and they just don't care . This kind of managemen is very poor. THEY JUST WANT MONEY, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE TENANTS NEEDS.THAT IS WHY I'M GIVING THIS A ONE OR ZERO STAR FOR RATINGS!
I like where I live. It’s quiet, they keep the grounds very well kept, and it’s always clean. When there has been any issues with my unit they have gotten it taken care of it quickly. The only bad thing is is that there’s a lot of homeless people who live nearby and have wondered into the apartment complex and will try and take things from patios. Also we’ve had issues with car break ins, thefts and things like that but I don’t fault the complex for that it’s more just the fact that bad people are everywhere. All things considered I feel safe and comfortable here and don’t have any real complaints!
The landscape is nice although other tenant with dogs bring them to do their business right outside my unite, kids are outside playing and screaming after 8:30pm and 9pm during Monday to Friday. Some are talking with bad words

We will be applying for the apartment in June as we were sold on gated parking and W/D connections available.
I really love living here . It's quiet and safe. It also well kept up and friendly neighbors. Im happy I chose to live here!
