consumer service not there
We went to look at these apartments and a nice resident let us into the lobby. She told us the office girl would not be in until noon. The resident gave me a mini tour while my husband waited on the couch bu the office door. While I was touring a girl/woman came out of the office and left the building and did not acknowledge my husband sitting there. We waited until 12:30 pm and no one showed up. We left very disappointed. Better treatment was given by the tenants then by management...oh wait there was no management.

Our office staff is only one person currently and that is myself. Yesterday, Wednesday we don’t open until noon all other days we open at 10:00. I was not here at noon yesterday as I had been injured upstairs and had to leave to go to the medcheck to be evaluated. When I left the building I left out the office door, but there was no one in the lobby that I saw. I would have loved to have helped them or meet them and not been going to medcheck from being injured.

this apt served its purpose five yrs ago, husband went into wheelchair, needed first floor, no steps and at the time there was a therapy company in this bldg....now we still need accessible but more room....

I am 62 and have spent my time in apartments. Brookhaven was brand new I chose my apartment only problem BUILDERS DON'T THINK SENIORS NEED A SWIMMING POOL GET WITH IT!!! MOVING TO NORTH CAROLINA HOPE I AM STILL LUCKY

Brookhaven at County Line Roaf
The management and staff here is wonderful. Since my fiance is a Vet, they have helped us with the rent price. We are struggling to keep up on rent because he is on Social Security and has had several surgeries this past year. It would be such a blessing for us to have free rent to take the pressure off and we could breathe again and pay off his hospital bills. Thank you and God bless.
