Lovely apartment, friendly staff, very well maintained.
I’ve lived here since 2018 & I like the area & find it to be safe. All of the repairs I’ve requested have been made in a timely manner. I appreciate that Mrs. Lakita from the leasing office communicates what is going on & her professionalism.
I have been here for 5 years and I don’t have many complaints. We don’t have roaches bc we keep our apartment clean. And its really quiet everyone stays to themselves. The rent is affordable too so win win.

I give it a excellent rating because it a great community with wonderful manager giving you help when you need it, timely and precise, and a very good service manager always there...??
I have never in my life lived in a worse place. The roach infestation was a horrible issue my entire time staying here. Maintenance came out a few times but the issue was never fixed. The neighborhood does not feel safe seeing that as since living here there has been one murder in the neighborhood and one shooting in the parking lot in front of my building. The trash does not get collected and piles up for several days if not weeks. The office staff is extremely unprofessional, rude and hard to get in contact with. The pool has not been open once in my 2 years living here. My patio door lock never worked. The cheap price is not worth it because the bug issue simply made the apartment feel inhabitable and i COULD NOT WAIT TO GET OUT!!!

If I could give them a 0 I promise that I would. The apartment has a growing mold issue and is making me sick, the property. manager said that it was my job to get the mold tested. So I did, and the mold continues to grow in the glass case. Since they do not want to do anything about this I am going to take it to DEHC and also call fox news and have them at the apartment so that they can check all of the units. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BE DESPERATE ENOUGH TO MOVE INTO THIS PLACE

Stay far away from this place!! These townhomes are disgustingly nasty. You can’t cook without roaches coming out everywhere. Kitchen cabinets has holes on the inside of them where the roaches live so you can’t put anything in the cabinets. The smell from the loud air conditioner has a rotten egg smell that you can’t get rid of!!Stairs has nails coming through the wood that will poke your feet! I informed the property manager about all my concerns and she stated “the owners know and they won’t fix it”!! Extremely tiny rooms and there is mold coming from the old air vents!! I had to break my lease and move out!!!

If you want to live with roaches, stray cats and unprofessional staff, then apply... if not, please look elsewhere. I made the mistake of moving here. Once this lease ends I’m leaving and never looking back. If i could rate this place a 0/5 stars i would.

I just rented at Brookfield Park and I am pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful the management has been!! I love my new renovated 2bdrm apartment!! The flooring is amazing and the paint colors are terrific. New kitchen cabinets too!! I look forward to living here over the next year!! The management is awesome!!
Since the new owners and management has taken over the complex there has been a 180 turn! Candace is always on top of everything. She has made a huge difference to our neighborhood. They definitely stand by their word. With all of the renovations that have taken place,this is going to be a great place to live!
