Property Ratings at Brook Hill Village
Heard there is a 2 year wait-list. Going on my 4th year here. I'm so lucky to have this apt. So beautiful, new, grounds are clean, common areas cleaned weekly. Quiet, nice property manager. If I have a problem they come in a timely manner. Can't find anything close to this for the price.
I been calling since April and requesting in a email to see the appointment, I also have requested a application and no one has return my call or email back. Very disappointed!!
After calling multiple times this week and after multiple messages left, I was told I would be emailed an application to apply- twice when "getting into the office". As of the writing of this email, I still have not received a rental application. I'm not sure if this isn't really a complex looking to lease apartments, but don't waste your time and look elsewhere.
I went today with my husband and the 1 and 2 bedrooms were really spacious, very lovely setup, the lady in the office was kind and caring. I would recommend this place!
