The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Broken Oak Townhomes
Lived here for two years from 2015-2017. All issues were fixed quickly. Never had a bug problem and leasing agent Dawn was always helpful. I wish we could move back, but we work to far away now for it to make sense.
I lived here with my wife from March 2014 to 2015. On our second night in the place there was an altercation at the end of the building I was in that resulting in windows breaking and the police being called. The balcony, if you can call it that, was rotted almost completely. It was more of a hazard than anything. I noted it on my move in form and after 6 months of promises to get it fixed, nothing. After being told we couldn't reserve a parking spot, a month later they reserved one right in front of the building. The bathtub in the master bedroom leaked into the kitchen. Maintenance came out several times and acting like they were doing something but never fixed anything. During that time I was working overnight, one night they came in the house at around midnight, they're lucky my wife did not shoot them. We lived in section 2 and the gate was ALWAYS broken. The management was horrible, the "maintenance" staff was horrible, neighbors weren't too bad, parking was horrible. They did change management about 2 months before we moved out and they're just as bad. Now, months after we moved out, having received no notices, letter or phones calls I get a bill from a collection agency? Absolutely ridiculous, do not move here if you have ANY other alternative, like say, a cardboard box...
This townhome is spectacular!!! Love the location, Views are amazing, easy morning commute, and very peaceful!
I love the location because it's centrally located and the neighborhood is so quiet. Lisa is awesome and takes excellent care of us. We have lived here for 5yrs and have no desire to move any time soon!
