I love my home at Brodick Hill. I have been here since 2020. I love the landscape, the office staff, and the maintenance. What I love the most the team is very personable and knows most of the residents by name. It safe, gated, and pet friendly with a dog park. :-)

Being an out of state move in there were a lot of questions I had and Toralynn really helped with everything. The office and maintenance staff are all excellent and made the living situation amazing. I can not recommend this place enough.
I lived there for more than three years and I had a very positive experience with the leasing office. The management changed after I moved in but the quality of service remained the same or maybe even improved with the new management. The community has improved too; they added an outdoor gym, a dog park, renovated the pool and added speed bumps. They even tried having community events, although now with COVID these are on hold. The staff was always friendly, responsive, and flexible when I needed their assistance. I had a leak in the ceiling and it took several rounds of repairs over several months to fix it, but after they realized the roofers were not doing their job, they quickly switched the roofing company and the issue was resolved. The maintenance staff are also nice and professional (shout-out to Larry). The community grounds and the landscaping are well maintained and the pine trees that surround the community add a nice element too. I did notice more trash in my breezeway in the months before I moved out, but some new people moved in around that time so that could be just people being inconsiderate. Being right off the I-20 exit, the location is also perfect, whether you need to commute to Atlanta or Douglasville or west Georgia. I highly recommend Brodick Hill.
Molded toilet, weed smoking, air conditioner not working bad attitude for maintenance man gates not working neighbor leaves trash bags out their doors.

The most important thing to me is privacy and safety. Brodick hill apt proved to be both extremely quite and safe in the year I spent as a tenant. The apt was in great condition on move in and I never had to use maintenance for anything, so I can’t speak to that ,but as far as management goes they were always super friendly, proffeaional, straight forward and helpful. The only con that I would say about Brodick hill, The water pressure. Although, I was on the third floor and I think that this would be a non issue on a lower floor or with a new shower head. So if you are looking for a place with an older quite crowd where everyone minds there own this is a great place to live. If you are looking for a party scene look elsewhere. Good honest people great place to call home for awhile.

Usually when you look through pictures of an apartment/ apartment complex it isn’t the same look as when you go and visit the property. With Brodick Hill I can definitely say that they are promoting truthfully. Most important I have not had any bugs in my apartment and I have been living there for 2 months. The administrative family at the leasing office are very helpful and friendly. I love the fact that I can go to the office and use the computer and printer during office hours. It’s worth it and literally directly next to the highway.
I just moved here from NYC with my husband and we couldn’t be more happy. The staff is friendly and considerate. Maintenance is quick and efficient. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Definitely worth the money
I have been living here now for a year. I just renewed my lease. I am very happy with all that this complex has to offer. The entire staff at the leasing office, have been great, and the experience is one to be remembered. Stephanie, is a wonderful manager, she cares about her tenants. She made a comment regarding the rental percentage increase, and she held true to her word. Not to leave out the maintenance professionals, they are wonderful, I had an issue over the weekend, and Mr. Larry came today and took care of it. Love it here!!!
Everything is nice about these apartments, I’ve been here for two years. Maintenance are great and always on time when you need them. Gate is always secured, front desk is always sweet and helpful. The complex is always nice, grass stay cut. Pool is always clean and with great grills, exercise equipment indoor and out door. My neighbors are great and mind there business! Just perfect for a single or small family. Rent is going up but it’s well worth it!
I have lived at Brodick Hills Apartments for almost three years in February and I love it here! The neighborhood is quiet and safe. While there will always be the occasional break-ins no matter where you live, I’ve only received three notices of break-ins in this community. The staff are friendly and are willing to work with you if there are any issues with neighbors or anything. I love that they hold your mail if delivery is attempted when your not home and the gates are almost always in working condition. They have seasonal gatherings to bring guest together especially in the summer in the pool area. I feel safe and that’s the most important aspect of apartment living! It’s 15 minutes to Atlanta and about 25 minutes to anywhere else except North Atlanta (Alpharetta area that’s about 35-40 minutes)! The only con are the water bugs in the summer but they offer free bug spraying at your convienance every Wednesday. Im a very clean person but the community is located in the middle of a forest of pine trees so that can’t be avoided. However, the number of bugs has decreased significantly with new management. I also spray the perimeter of my home once a year which helps a lot too. The one bedroom is spacious and heats and cools easily in all seasons without enormous electric bills! You won’t regret living at Brodick Hills Apartments...I SURE DONT!!
I cannot get out of the apartments on foot. Meaning, the gates do not open unless you’re in a vehicle. My tag expired on my car, and I am literally trapped in this apartment complex, I wonder if this is intentional?
I moved here in February 2017 and really enjoying the community. The front office staff is very nice and friendly. The maintenance is quick to respond if anything needs to be fixed in the apartment. Recently, they added an outdoor gym with a track and renovated the tennis court. This made me love the community even more. Our neighbors in our building are quiet and we rarely hear any commotion around here. I would recommend Brodick Hill apartments to anyone interested in a quiet and friendly community.
This is apartment complex is a great place to live if your interested in living right off the Hwy and it's conveniently located in-between Atlanta and Hwy 5. It allows for quick and easy access to the local shopping areas and local eating establishments. The staff are very nice and friendly and the surrounding tenants are easy going making the whole community laid back and a joy to live around. The extra washer and dryer area makes for an easy home free way to take care of your luggage after a long trip and the large pool makes relaxation easy.
I have been at Brodick Hill Apartments for 8 years now, so obviously I like it. What's been keeping me here so long? Location. Literally right off of I-20, I can get to Douglasville's Mall in 5 minutes, Atlanta in 20 minutes, 6 Flags in 5 minutes, Hiram in 17 minutes, Austell in 15 minutes, and work in 3 minutes. So pretty much anywhere I want to be is easily reached. The landscape is very nice too. No speed bumps, very quiet complex, car wash and vacuum area is free, and good pool and fitness room are all pluses to me. The staff is friendly and things get fixed very quickly around here. The only real negative is that there is major construction on our exit and it has been going on for a couple years already. It should be completed in the next year, but it has been rather annoying. And while it is a gated community, they only give you 1 keycard per name on the lease, so that is rather annoying. They have been good at working with my rates over the years, so I have keep my rent down. If you can get a good rate, I recommend it.
This is a great place to stay for a while, staff is friendly, and the apartments are very well built.
Great location close to i20 and six flags of Atlanta ga in a gated community. Many extras such as pool, exercise room and tennis court.
I have lived in brodick hill apartments for 3 years, if you are looking for a quiet and clean community to raise a small family, then brodick hill is the place.
