Continental North is located right off of M-15 in Davison, MI just a few miles north of I-69. We're a quiet community nestled into a country setting, but are still close enough to several fast food restaurants, family restaurants, Meijer, Walmart Super Center & Menards. These are all just minutes away! We're in the Davison School District & the school bus conveniently picks up right in the community at designated bus stops. We are also close to local Colleges and Universities. There are several churches of all faiths in the area. We have some smaller malls and shopping plazas and if you're looking for a larger mall, Great Lakes Crossing is only about a 35 minute drive away. Frankenmuth is just a short drive north as well. At Continental North, we take pride in our community! We host resident activities throughout the year for you and your family to be a part of. We have two playgrounds available, and a beautiful clubhouse available for rent as well. With friendly on-site staff & customer service, we are always there for you!
