These spacious apartment homes feature an open-concept design with vinyl plank flooring throughout the kitchen, living area, hallway, and bathroom. Two-bedroom units include carpeted bedrooms with French-style closet doors that provide plenty of storage space. The living area also has a sliding door that opens to your private patio, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Each kitchen is well-equipped with abundant storage, and an additional storage closet is located in the living room for added convenience. Stainless steel appliances make it easy to maintain a clean, modern living space. Most apartments also include an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience. Included in your rent will be a detached single-space parking garage spot, Wi-Fi, a cable package, refuse, and overflow parking if needed. You will be responsible for setting up your own heat and electricity. Broadview Apartment Homes has a great location in Caledonia, Michigan. Near Interstate M-6, M-37, Grand Rapids Amazon Fulfillment Center, and the Gerald R. Ford International Airport. Flexible lease terms are available with an additional per-month premium. We accept pets, with no breed or weight restrictions. Our qualifications for approval are as follows; income is 2.5x the monthly rent, pass credit, and criminal background checks through a third-party company. Save yourself and do NOT move here!

First let me say that the apartments are nice and newly updated. My complaints are with the office staff. There is no communication and they mess up on charging fees all the time. My neighbor got handed court papers for not paying her rent when she was only a few days late. She even notified the staff she would be paying a few days late. They also charged me for rent twice in one month and when I notified Miriam she acted like I could understand my ledger. I had to take pictures to prove her what was wrong before she would look at it on her end and realized I was right. The company has no courtesy for their tenants whatsoever. I didn’t think it would be a huge deal because I have never been a “rule” breaker or not paid rent on time but unfortunately things happen. My checking acct was hacked into and I notified Miriam at the office I would be a couple days late on my remaining portion of rent (I had already paid the lump some of it) and the response she gave back to me was “Thanks for letting me know, make sure to add a $50.00 late payment to your next payment.” I understand that rules are in place for a reason but a one time courtesy would have been nice. They charge an arm and a leg to have an animal living with you. $350 initial fee, $25 a month and $375 if you opt out to have your animals DNA taken so when they find poop they DNA test it to find out who’s it is. First offense is $200, 2nd is $300 and 3rd is $400 if your dogs poop is found anywhere on the property. People have back yards but if any poop is found there they will take pictures of it and DNA sample it and charge you. No courtesy for first time offense. The WIFI goes out all the time and Charter has had to come out multiple times. I have smelled weed numerous times in my building and the building next to mine. I have children too so this is very upsetting to me. Parking is extremely limited. They do not plow well in the winter. Our water heater went out the first week we lived there. It took two weeks for maintenance to figure out my dishwasher needed a new filter and that’s why it wasn’t running. They had to call a plumber in to figure it out. We originally lived on the second floor and moved to the main floor so our children could have a back yard to play in (since they don’t offer space anywhere for children to play). When they sent me the new lease (after we already moved in to the new apartment) they raised my rent $100 without even mentioning it to me.
