Broadstone Villas

My recently retired mom is moving to the Wichita area and I have been helping her look for a new apartment. We really liked the look of Broadstone Villas. Unfortunately, we have been trying for 2 weeks to get ahold of someone (anyone!) there but we are not getting any response. We have called, emailed, and even gone by there a couple of times but there is never anyone in the office and they just don't return phone calls or emails. This has been a very disappointing experience. My recommendation is don't waste your time unless you know someone who already lives there.

The apartments looked beautiful and big in the pictures. They were also listed at a nice price so my boyfriend and I decided to make an appointment to look at the 2 bedroom apartment. My boyfriend and I live on the west side of Wichita so we drove 30min all the way out to Belaire to meet with the manager for 5 min when he told us that these apartments are income controlled and all of the market apartments were not available. Unfortunately we make more than what the maximum income was allowed and thus didn’t look at the apartment at all. So it was a waste of time for us and the manager. We wouldn’t have made the appointment if we knew the apartment was income controlled, however nowhere on the website or rental apps did it say that these apartments are income controlled. But if you are looking for income controlled these apartments may be for you.

I moved in when this property opened. Loved the neighborhood and Management. Had to move due to medical problems. Planning on moving back. Tenesha W
