They really have the best maintenance team and the most friendly staff. I love this place.
Location is great. Overall it’s peaceful. It’s a new build so expect to hear your neighbors. If you’re ok with paying expensive rent and being ignored and dismissed by the office staff this is the place for you.

Since living at the apartment, I have enjoyed myself. The neighbors are pretty friendly and the staff are informative if there is a problem! The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbor steps if you live above someone other then that I enjoy living at this complex!

I have been living WITH NO FLOORING for over a month and still don't know when it will be fixed, and best part of all, I get to pay FULL RENT to live like this. The water supply valve broke and flooded my apartment + all the units below me in May. I was very understanding - things break, life happens. Lived with 3 noisy blowers + dehumidifier running all day for 2 weeks without complaining. They also took off the laminate flooring to dry the subfloor. To make it worse, the subfloor was (understandably) full of very strong glue, it's literally a struggle to walk around because my slippers get glued in with every step I take. Even the maintenance staff complained when they came to check on my unit. My furniture are mostly stacked in one corner because of this. Still, I did not complain as I understand it was probably necessary. But after living like that for 2 weeks with zero progress at all, I asked if they would give us a rent concession because this unacceptable condition has taken too long and nothing was being done. Was told no by management, because "it may not be desirable but you can still stay in your apartment", and to "contact your renter insurance if you want alternative accommodation". (I won't even go into how ridiculous this suggestion is). My subfloor was dry and they took away the noisy blowers weeks ago, yet still no flooring as of today Jul 6. Sure, why hurry to do anything when you are still collecting full rent? Every week they pretend to send an "update" email with no updates, more promises and blame, saying they are working on it yet nobody came to do anything ever. This is the most horrible and incompetent management I've ever dealt with. I have been very patient with them but this is just over the top.

Broadstone upper westside is an amazing property and meets all of our needs. We were very particular about things we wanted and Broadstone pretty much met them all. The leasing office staff is also outstanding and very attentive. We appreciate them and thank them for making this transition and move in as smooth as possible. Broadstone Upper Westside community is a great community for almost anyone. The service with management is great and professional. The whole process from touring the community down to moving in is wonderful, everyone works as a team and goes above and beyond. We viewed several apartments and each one had flaws from either the staff, community and/or overall communication but Broadstone stayed at the top of our list because they literally were extremely helpful and professional.

I really love the area!! I’m excited to see what everything looks like when the neighborhood is fully developed.The apartments and stylings are beautiful. The staff is GREAT and extremely helpful, I definitely feel like I could come to them about anything. Maintenance is very quick from what I’ve seen. And the housekeeping does a great job of keeping the community clean.

Hi there, Yes Broadstone Upper Westside is located in its own area, nicely tucked away so not in the midst of all the hustle and bustle. However, being less than 20 minutes from Truist park and the Airport, 15 minutes away from Buckhead, you can truly get anywhere without having to access a highway. There are so many new additions coming to the area as well for entertainment and night life. Broadstone Upper Westside is truly a gem based on its overall development and location. This is a beautiful brand new community, but one of my absolute favorite additions is the Starbucks Coffee Machine in the cafe! I enjoy my coffee there every morning. Along with a great office staff.
