So far I’ve lived here for two weeks. I had done a ton of research on other complexes in and around Vancouver and done 5-6 tours. Riva won hands down. The staff were super helpful, answering any questions I had. The move-in process was simple with just about everything done online. The complex is very well designed with well thought out areas for community members to take advantage of. From a library to a great gym, even a well stocked coffee bar. I love this complex so far, it really feels like home.

I love that I’ve finally found an apartment where I feel truly welcomed. The location is fantastic, and the amenities, like the co-working area, are a great bonus. I chose to reside at Riva for the main reason of where it is located. Having a beautiful view to wake up to every day is priceless. The unit I chose has a view of the Columbia River and park that can't be compared to other apartments that I have visited prior to renting here. In addition, every staff member here is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The building is very CLEAN! Riva offers a library room as well as a spacious area to use if you want to work outside your apartment or to use it for social gatherings or meetings with a complimentary coffee machine. In addition, they offer an outdoor area to use for grilling or just lounging around. They have a 2-story parking garage and a secure safe building. Just the way this building was thoughtfully designed and beautifully furnished exceeded my expectations. So far it has been enjoyable living here. No Complaints! Thank you Riva for making it a wonderful residence!
