More than five stars - incredible amenities, spacious, beautiful, updated living spaces, and absolutely wonderful staff! Conveniently located in relation to shops, restaurants, and bars, while still being private and out of the city center.
My experience with Broadstone Pullum (Greystar) has been extremely disappointing and stressful. I submitted an apartment application early in 2025 and never received any written approval or denial. Despite repeated calls and emails, no one ever provided a clear update on my status. Weeks later, I discovered that incorrect and misleading information had been reported, which negatively impacted my credit score — even though my application was never processed and I was told the property would not be moving forward. It is unacceptable for a company to mishandle applicant information, fail to communicate, and report inaccurate data that damages a person’s credit. I would strongly caution anyone considering applying here to get everything in writing and monitor your credit closely.
I’ve lived here for over a year and even renewed my lease, but the experience has declined recently. Constant construction brings heavy noise and dust that settles on cars and inside the apartment. The entry gate rarely works with the fob, often forcing me to get out of my car to open it manually. Hallways have a persistent odor, the gym has poor ventilation that makes it hard to breathe after workouts, and I’ve recently started noticing cockroaches. The location and amenities are convenient, but these unresolved issues seriously affect the quality of living.

Living at this apartment community has been a positive experience overall. The staff is responsive, friendly, and quick to handle maintenance requests, which really makes a difference in day-to-day comfort. The grounds are well kept, with clean hallways, landscaping, and common areas that feel welcoming. Parking is generally available, though it can get a little tight at peak times. The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and major routes, which makes errands and commuting easy. Most of the people are nice that live here. The staff is super nice and amazing. The parking situation need major improvement. The gates work most of the time. It would be nice if they cleaned not just vacuumed the halls every month. Overall it’s nice. The staff is amazing.

It is nice. I don’t like that the smoking rules aren’t always enforced and the hallways smell like weed. The on campus security is nice. I like the amenities.

I've been living at Broadstone Pullman since August 2022. I must say that every time I consider moving I always end up extending my lease. It is a quiet and comfy location that is growing slowly but surely. One great perk is being able to have easy, walkable access to all of the events at Pullman Yards since it's next door. I will admit the apartment structure is kind of thin if you're sensitive to noise, but it is bearable if you have the right neighbors in close proximity. The staff here is friendly (office and maintenance). Jordan and Melissa are my faves :) I'll probably extend my lease again until it's truly time for me to move on.

Have had such a great experience - toured in Jan, signed a lease in Feb, and have lived here for two months. Since the very beginning, the leasing agent, Mellissia, was a joy to spend time with and she was very communicative throughout the leasing process - even sent me videos and measurements of my apartment since I was moving from a different state. The complex is very clean and calm - I toured 13 places in Atlanta and this was by far the best. Maintenance is responsive and the building feels secure and safe.

I’ve lived at Broadstone Pullman for almost four years. The apartments are modern and beautiful. The maintenance staff is top notch! Anytime I had an issue they responded promptly, professionally and resolved the issue immediately. Mellissia in the leasing office is AMAZING!! I think they’re flooding the reviews with fake positives because talking to other residents here, people are moving out left and right. Not many people seem to stay here long. The apartment is decent. The hallways and elevators seem very outdated. The hallway carpets smell like mildew most days and if it isn’t strong enough the other funky smells will do the trick. The walls being super thin is really the cherry on top for me. Very heavy footsteps are heard all throughout the day and you can even hear people closing drawers in their kitchen or bathroom from your room. Wont be returning

I’ve always had a great experience here. It’s quiet and very nice space. I mainly get things handled within a good timespan if I have an issue with maintenance or the leasing office. In comparison to when I got here communication and timeliness with answering phones and returning calls has really improved. It’s a nice community and central to everything.

Good community, neighbors are very nice. I enjoy my apartment here and it's in a quiet area in Kirkwood. Amenities (gym, outdoor spaces, dog area) are pretty standard. I would say this is one of the quieter apartment complexes in Atlanta.

Had I known how poorly this property is managed, I would never have moved here. The persistent issues with parking, cleanliness, trash, mail, and overall security are unacceptable. Living here has been a consistently negative experience, and I cannot recommend this property to anyone.

I’ve lived here for 8 months now. The apartments are nice but for the price of rent and all the fees they tack on you’d expect more from the property. At least at other places you see what you’re paying for in the amenities. My problem is paying for “luxury” but the hallways, stairways & elevators are dirty most of the time with weird smells. On top of the new guest parking rules with multiple guest cars being booted. They push so hard to get you in the apartment and then you reach out and get nothing back. They go soo hard about guest parking but behind the “gate” if anything happens to your car they don’t care. Seems like they care more about money than residents.

I recently toured this property with one of my friends and I will say the customer service was outstanding! We toured with Mellissia who is very professional and knowledgeable about the property. She was very kind and showed us a few units that were right under budget. I wasn’t initially looking for myself but after seeing a couple of the apartment homes and how the property has been maintained this is definitely top 3 on my list. Also I love the area! It’s very close to work and close to some of my favorite places to hang out. Mellissia is such a true gem and has made our tour experience very warm and welcoming! Hoping to call this home!

I want to say thank you to the leasing team. They were all wonderful and very accommodating, especially Mell. I visited the location late during the day on a Friday after office hours and managed to get scheduled for a visit the next day which was a Saturday. I was paired with a new agent, first day with the property, but I was given a heads up prior and I was okay with it as I only needed to see the units to get a general idea if they fit my needs as I was looking to move in ASAP and had 2 other options I was tentative on committing to. Diamond was great and forthright and took me to the units I had picked online for viewing and share information to the best of her knowledge, for her first day, but she made sure to call for assistance on questions she did not have answers to. Little did I know that the person she was making inquiries to lived at the property. I want to send a huge thank you to Mell. She came out to help and took over the tour on her day off and was not in any rush to assist me. She spent over an hour with me on a visit I expected to take 15-20 minutes and made sure I was catered to and had all my questions answers. I went in looking for a 1-1 unit and had given up looking for 2-2 units as the properties I had visited were not as spacious or did not have the lighting I needed. Mell read my mind without me asking and offered to take me to one of the vacant units just to see what the property's 2-2 units looked like and I instantly fell in love with the first unit she showed me. She took me to another unit, furnished model apartment and I was glad I did not refuse her offer to view the 2-2 units due to my last 8 visits to other properties. I needed to move in ASAP as my lease was expiring at my temporary housing and Mell made sure to follow-up and provide me with all the details, documentation and information I would need to expedite the process. I went in looking to settle for a 1-1 and ended up moving into a 2-2 unit that I am happy with. Thank you to the entire leasing team as well as they facilitated in getting me into the unit.

I toured Broadstone Pullman Yards with Melissia in October. Sometimes walking through options can be overwhelming/confusing. She showed me the floor plan options, with price ranges and made it simple and easy to choose. I found exactly what I was looking for! She is exactly the type of person you want to work with. I’m one month in, love the gym space, the neighbors are friendly, the building is quiet, safe, and the location is fantastic. I’d recommend this hidden gem.
