Horrible management company. If you want to live in a mold infested building with management that does not want to remedy mold because they won’t use the word mold for “liability issues” then I’d say rent here. If you care about your health and want a management company that cares more about their residents than their money then don’t live here.

Great location between the ocean and the inter-coastal. The apartments are really nice and the amenities remind me of a nice resort. And the employees are very kind and helpful.

Just empty out the waste bins around community a bit more and maybe take carpet out of property since it’s such a dog friendly environment. Humidity and dog mishaps on the carpet don’t go hand and hand. Brighten up hallways better and keep receptacle areas cleaner

Great upscale beachfront location, and close to everything. However, all of the new construction across the street and also construction both north and south on t South Ocean Blvd is taking away the feeling of a beachside community.

I moved only two weeks ago and I love this place. Great location, the building is clean, very quite and peaceful. Very nice and professional staff (Jason and Canii in my case) always ready to help.

I have only been here one week, but so far, everyone I have met is very friendly and welcoming. The office staff are all professional, helpful, friendly, welcoming, and always available to answer any questions or concerns. I feel very safe here, and I love my apartment!! I love A1A, and having private beach access. This is truly a dream come true. I can't say thank you enough for having the opportunity to live here. I would recommend this to everyone.

I love my little beach apartment. It's so adorable and clean. The amenities are endless! Maintenance is outstanding with their quick professional response. Management is very professional and friendly.Well-thought-out designers of this building. It I love the fact that I have an air event in my closet so when I hang up my damp clothes on hangers, air blows on them. Also, the fact that there is a phone charger built into the electrical outlet in the kitchen. We use fobs to get through all entrance ways which is excellent security.

We have been very happy here for two years. The staff is amazing and the apartment, amenities, and the location is great but the security is definetly an issue. The package room problems are horrible, all we have been through missing packages, no working cameras to see where they might have been taken to and also lots of security issues, it is really concerning. We have the boat club sharing our facilities so we have strangers roaming our property, using our pool, and wandering around, many ppl that use the grounds including pool have said they do not live here, very scary!

Can’t get a hold of anyone, no one answers main phone, no one responds to emergency calls (took 3 calls this time on 2 different days), no one follows up like they say-the manager in this case, no one shows up when they say they will to repair. Communication and follow up is horrible. An emergency is not truly an emergency. For the amount of money I pay this is unacceptable. I’m a nice tenant but I have been very frustrated lately with packages (always a disaster zone), no one answers the desk phone and maintenance issues when you call for emergency maintenance . Love the place otherwise.

I absolutely love this location, our dream has always been to live at the beach and see the ocean from our balcony at an affordable price and when we found this peace of paradise we were taken back that a place so gorgeous was available to us. In almost two years now, we have had such a great relationship with all of the staff. They are so ready and willing to help and listen. The apartment is perfect, the view and the space. We love the pets everywhere and the neighbors have all been great. We all communicate in our wing so if anything is needed or any issues, we can speak to one another. We love the amenities, events, and grounds. I am thrilled at how beautiful the club house and sky lounge are with their delicious fresh coffee drinks. The location is just the best, all we do mostly is go right across to the beach, it cannot get any better than that. We do not want to have to move if the rent went up so we are keeping our fingers crossed to make this our long term home. Thank you for such a wonderful place we call home!

I as well as my husband absolutely LOVE living here since we moved in 21 months ago. We were treated with love since day 1, Jessica helping us over the phone to grab the last apt. available and we did it all virtually thanks to her help, we only had 2 weeks to move for work, it was absoltely nerve wrecking but she made the process so calming for us. Since we have been here the staff has always been so amazing to us and the maintenance guys top notch, always going out of their way to help in anything we requested. The greeting going in the office is the best! The community is super fun and beautiful with the best views we could ask for. Our apt. is perfect for our needs and the amenities ofcourse are luxury resort style. I have to give love to the cleaning ladies and gentlemen who are always cleaning and picking up all of the mess we all leave behind, they're nonstop! The only sad thing is we do not want to move and we are super upset because the rents have been going up so high for our friends and they are all moving, ofcourse they are not happy about leaving but the amount their rents increased is unattainable for them and totally would not be for us either. We are just praying when our time comes, the rents will not rise anymore because we do not want to leave here. Better security would be so great, we have run into many people that do not live here that easily have gotten in and that is scary but these are things that can easily be fixed so we are over the moon happy otherwise! Don't believe the hype. Looks good from outside, but after you sign lease and move in, you'll start to see all the problems. Disappointing. Overpriced.

I’ve been living here for o we 2 years, even though my rent has increased 24% YOY. you’d figure with the exorbitant cost of living here, the walls wouldn’t be so thin! I can hear my neighbors conversations, screaming child 24/7, not to mention snoring every single night. People dump their used furniture weekly by a garage entrance and garbage bags in stairwells, elevators, hallway and nothing gets done to correct it. Carpet in common areas is rarely cleaned and has dog pee stains, although they invest money in pressure cleaning the garage quarterly for no reason. Things need to be rectified to warrant the super high cost of living here

My husband and I absolutely love it here, we're treated like we matter here and that is very special. The staff always greets us with a smile and any concerns we have are heard. We love the building, location, ammenities, and our apartment. This place is special to us and hope to renew again when it comes up!

Love the community and the area , but the property has been promoted has a five stars property and is far from it .Mayor maintenance around the property and is necessary .

Property is in a great location. Not only is it across the street from the beach but it's also just far enough from retail/restaurants for some quiet but yet still close enough, walking distance, for some fun. The apts and all the common areas are beautiful and well kept. Staff is friendly and helpful in supporting your needs. Residents are great where they've become new lifelong friends.

We just moved in and so far we loved the place! but it will be great if every dog's owner clean after their dogs in all community areas but specially in the dog's play ground.
