Pros Friendly staff, clean neighborhood, nice amenities, respectful neighbors, great gym & shared spaces, great location near shops & restaurants. Cons Poorly constructed apartments & units not sound proofed, getting prompt maintenance is a mixed bag nowadays, Crickets over run apartments in summer, no easy access printing, fetch delivery & fee is unnecessary.

Everything at the Broadstone North Ridge is amazing. The amenities are always functioning, pool are is so nice, dog park is huge, gym is fully equipped. Everything is well maintained and always cleaned. There is no parking issues, I always find a spot next to my building. Staff is super helpful and drama free. I want to thanks Richard to make accommodations so I could pick up the apartment key and for being so helpful on making my move in so smoothly. The apartment was sparkling clean. The apartment layout is very spacious and has many closets including a big closed in the balcony area.

Apartments are really nice and modern. The apartment complex is also very well kept and clean but there are a few cons - prices are a little steep considering apartments by the domain are almost the same price. - maintenance comes into the unit at least once a month for some kind of inspection or filter change. I work from home and many of my client therapy sessions have been interrupted without a heads up. - there is plenty of parking space BUT unless you pay $50+ a month for a reserved parking spot by your building, you will be parking at least one building away guaranteed.

This is a wonderfully kept and beautiful location. The apartment complex is clean and well kept. The staff are courteous and polite. The amenities are great and the food trucks are awesome. Definitely a great place to live.

It is a beautiful property with a great office staff that are responsive and willing to work with their residents. The grounds are well maintained and the amenities are greatly appreciated. The apartment designs are varying and well thought out. I like my floor plan. The community is inviting and a great place for entertaining friends and family.

You can hear your neighbors, no sound proofing whatsoever. Check other reviews and several complaints about the noise. Also good luck finding parking unless you walk half a mile. The apartments themselves are very nice. Also management doesn't care.
